This headset is perfect. It was inexpensive and sound quality is great. It is easy to use and pair with computer and phone. I did not realize when i bought it that it has dual connectivity so that is also a huge plus. No complaints on the other end of the phone so the mic must be clear. It's comfortable and does not make my ear soar when wearing it.

Great headset. Works flawlessly, loud and clear, charges quickly and doesnt use a lot of power. Comfortable and easy to wear. The only gripe I have is the multi function button is very hard to find by feel when picking up and hanging up phone. It is very flat and doesnt stick up from the surface of the headset very far. I had to glue on a small crafting jem, just so I can find it by feel. The small design suggestion would be to just mould it with a small raised surface on the buttons to find them easier. This is the reason for four stars. Other than that great experience!

Very lite weighted. Easy to install on computer. Prefect for sound cancellation.

Love this headset especially cause other headsets pinch my ears too much when I have my glasses on and give me a headache. Very lightweight, battery lasts a long time (I usually work 8 hr shifts and it’s at 90% by the end of the day). Connects easily and the mic and sound quality are clear.

Works without problem

I am not going to delete my original review like the seller asked me to, but I will update it.... ORIGINAL: I love the way they feel, love the way it it's, BUT, I literally can not leave my desk, so what's the point in having it & the volume all the way up is not loud at all!UPDATE: So the seller did try to make it write & they sent me another head set. Again, good headset, good volume quality, but I don't know, maybe it's just my expectations, but I can stand up & take maybe one step, but that's it. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not asking to go around the whole office & expect to have good quality, BUT my little ear buds i sure can, I can walk to a completely different room & I can still hear my patients & they can still hear me..... so.... to not be able to turn around at my desk & utilize my filing cabinet, yeah, they're still not gonna get a 5 star review from me, even if they did replace it. The replacement wasn't any better.

I love this head set. I use it for my office phone. It connects perfectly and the sound is really good. My only complaint would be that the ear pad doesn’t go around the ear. It’s a flat piece that is up against your entire ear. It’s not too bad because I don’t wear it continuously.
