Fun to Read, Inspires, Lots of Pragmatic Tools for Living a Joyful Life!
I bought the printed version of the book when it first came out and just recently got it on my kindle too. I remember the first time I read the first 2 chapters of the book. I just cried with relief. I really didn't know there were other people out there who felt as 'out of place' as I did... and I just loved the way Dain could candidly talk about his life and changing it with such vulnerability and humour and kindness. There are so many cool tools and questions in this book. For someone who has learned reiki, bowen therapy, theta healing, gone to heaps of 'psychic' and spiritual things just trying to find something useful to give me some kind of way to be in the world and actually enjoy my life.. this is jam-packed of awesome stuff. I like the style of writing. It's different and fun, and always totally genuine. I had so many 'lightbulb' and 'aha' moments about why things weren't working the way I'd like.. and even better - there are always a bunch of questions, tools and things to put into practice right away to change things - and they are simple and easy and don't require you spending ages mulling over your drama or trauma... you can just change it.One of my favourite things that Dr Heer talks about is 'Interesting Point of View" - I will say this to myself a lot when I am getting upset or really irritated with someone or something. By the time I say 'interesting point of view I have this point of view' for the 3rd time in my head, suddenly the person stops being cranky or irritating, or something else just happens and there's no longer an issue. Can't really explain it, but I have tried it out even when dealing with the most obnoxious people in my life... and stuff changes. It's very cool. Now I have 85% less things to get upset about... must get a new hobby! ;-) Thanks Dr Dain for sharing your story, and for helping us different people know that we are not alone, and we are not messed up and that living here can be magic and fun... and not just survivable.By the way, I have read a lot of self-help books, and I always felt I walked away with very little in terms of things I could actually DO to change my life that actually were fun or inspirational. This book is both - it's fun, it's inspirational and useful. OH, and Dr Dain and Gary Douglas (founder of Access Consciousness on which the tools of Dains book are based) actually have an online radio show too- Access Consciousness, on Voice America which is very out there and cool, recommend a listen to hear these tools in action by the guys themselves!

The Me, I Always Knew I Could Be
I find it so interesting that I felt annoyed by Dr. Dain for so long. He was too happy. Ironically, I've learned that he felt the same way about happy people during his past. Thank god he chose to share his truth even knowing intimately what a judgemental lot we can all be.Despite devouring hours of content I loved from him on YouTube already, throughout this book, I wanted to disagree with him and fight back with "logic" or "sense". But that moment never came. I have continually had my mind and my life expanded in such a profound way over the 2 weeks of slowly digesting this book everyday. Everything has felt light to me. The things I've been in judgement about have been melting away. The entire book is a comprehensive clearing. I don't think it's possible to read it without having some sort of transformation take place. And the best part, is that I can literally clear massive emotional charges that are rocking my world, with one clearing statement, repeated one time. I've never encountered a tool that effective, because I had subscribed to someone else's opinion about what is possible.I attended a seminar 2 days ago and I had someone tell me that I had profoundly changed their world, even though we had only spoken for a few minutes. He even came over and thanked me afterward, expressing his gratitude again. The beautiful, ridiculous thing about it, is that all I did was look straight into his eyes and acknowledge his valuable presence and how it made me feel intuitively. I didn't hide that I'm empathic, I didn't feel embarrassed afterwards and quite frankly, being myself was the easiest and most fulfilling thing I've ever done. And look at how wonderful that was for my new friend also. Who knew? 😉

Pragmatic Tools to Change Your life and the World!
I have been working with this book for the past year or so! Every time I read it (or listen to his audio version, which I love) I get something else out of it. I have spent many years doing lots of different metaphysical stuff to help me be a better person, grow spiritually, raise my consciousness, and do my part to help others raise theirs, but never have I found so many pragmatic tools in one place...in one book! And they work!! The tools in this book seemed strange at first (even the author admits that), but they have allowed me to create real change in my life -- permanent change...not something that makes me "feel good" or "change for a week or two and then go back to my old way of being," but real, lasting change! Some of the concepts are not new....like the "The Universe is trying to gift to you," or the concept that we chose our parents (not the other way around), but the way they are explored and the way Dain Heer makes these things more accessible is totally different! This book is uplifting and inspiring. Dain Heer acknowledges that we are all infinite beings, and he gives us ways to truly acknowledge that ourselves so we can truly be that and thereby "change the world." This book is like a manual for life that I wish I was given in school! (I'm now 52 years old!) I highly recommend this to anyone seeking true consciousness and anyone who feels they never seem to fit into this reality. You won't regret it!
