All good. Don't use the pod in water. Module can use under water. No problem. Like and everything is good. Must buy dive case if you are a frequent user.

It's a good handy portable one. I already had insta x3. This one's pov shots are nice.

The media could not be loaded.  Daylight performance is goodLow light performance is not upto the priceIn hand feel is durable but i will still recommend you to buy a case or cover for all you accessories

A good camera at a good price point. However best in mind that the learning curve is step for these devices.

The camera is for instant use... But the functionalities of instant use is not working most of the time.From the time i received the product, Most of the time The go3 cam won't turn on and hence it won't connect to the charging pod... Also the stand alone 'power on' function of go3 cam is also not working at times.. So when i need to quickly capture something i fail n hence i haven't used it properly for a shoot.Again at times, when i try to preview the videoe and photos... It says it is corrupted and then i have to on and off many times to either get the view of albums & in the beginning i formatted, resulting in losing my dataAll these times i thought.. It is bcoz I'm not familiar with the cam. But now the problem is even if i full charge the cam... When i remove the go3 from pod it says battery low (go3 battery is less than 10%) and disconnected... Now I'm sure its not bcoz of the way i use.. Its bcoz the product is defective..What can be done to sort this out???I tried to raise a warranty claim.. Nobody is responding on the given number. Contacted amazon support... The contact they gave is also not working.

I like everything except for the heating issues.. yes they are few heating issues as it's tiny but not regular. Quality of the videos are good . 👍

Good camera liked it

This is no doubt a wonderful tiny action camera especially for POV recording at 2K quality. The tiny camera does have heating, when used for more than 4 minutes and can get really hot when used continuously for long periods of time in 24 to 32 degree celsius humid environment outdoors. However this doesn't affect the recording and the camera never stops recording on its own due to over-heating. I think this heating is normal because the poor guy records excellent 2K QHD quality. The tiny camera alone records upto 42 mins and then upto almost 2 hours in the action pod. Overall I'm very happy with the functioning and video quality. My only disappointment is with the pathetic customer service in India. The official support team in India is provided by Ageless Digital Technologies in Noida. They don't respond properly and the accessories and replacement parts are not available on the insta360 India website. I broke my lens guard after accidentally dropping it and struggled for 2 weeks to get the replacement part but still they didn't help me. Finally I found the replacement lens guard on Amazon and paid huge price of around 3k INR for 2 pieces of lens guards. So remember that once you buy this camera, the support is very poor in India. Overall I'm satisfied with this product and although the price is high, the quality is really good. Hope Insta360 global team sees into the pathetic Indian support team and takes appropriate action so that their brand reputation is not affected.

Eddie was very attentive and helpful, ensuring that my problem was resolved quickly.Furthermore, the Insta360 camera itself is simply fantastic! The quality of the images and videos is amazing, and I am impressed with all the features it offers.I am very grateful to the Insta360 team for providing an excellent customer experience and for creating such an incredible product. I highly recommend the Insta360 camera to anyone looking for quality and excellent customer service!

First I got to say I love this little camera. This little camera has massive potential. Any errors so far have been user error. I am still figuring it out. Practicing use case. I primarily wanted fov shots of work I'm doing. Need to practice better angles and lanyard length. I also must remember I only have 30-45 min film time when it's out of the housing. Will update with a video soon. It has been hot in Chicago and so I have def had the footage cut out for heat. Kinda normal though. I mean Red Cameras shut down cuz of heat all the time. The versatility has been awesome. Putting on my hat, around my neck or just in the pod has been so fun. I advise getting a case with this as it only comes with a bag. And I worry about the lens.

Notably, the pendant, featuring a built-in magnet, stands out as the most impressive component of the entire package.Allow me to outline the positive aspects of the product:Versatile Magnet Functionality: The ability of the camera to stick to any metal surface using magnets is a clever feature. Put it around your friends/partners/children and let them video record with no interation.Secure Head Clip: The lightweight nature of the camera ensures that the head clip works seamlessly, without causing discomfort or weighing down the attached hat, unlike the GoPro or Brave Camera.User-Friendly Footage Management: Downloading and previewing camera footage is remarkably hassle-free. The app's swift download speed and easy-to-use editing capabilities make it one of the most user-friendly experiences I have encountered with action cameras.Engaging Themes and Tutorials: The incorporation of themes and music options, along with informative tutorials, adds a delightful touch to the overall user experience.However, it is important to address a few areas for improvement:Pendant Wedge Strength: The wedge utilized to adjust the pendant's angle lacks sufficient strength, making it unsuitable for activities requiring significant movement. I would caution against using it for such purposes, as the camera may become dislodged. I attempted to secure it on both sides but encountered difficulties achieving the same level of stability as when using the pendant alone.Drop strength: I have been unable to find how far up you can drop this from or how much impact it can withstand. I would not recommend extreme activities without researching further.Preview Interruptions via Bluetooth: It is worth noting that the preview and camera functionalities rely on Bluetooth connectivity. If the camera is carried away from the connected device, the preview ceases due to the loss of connection. To ensure uninterrupted previewing, it is advisable to keep the main body of the camera within easy reach, such as in a pocket.Low Battery Level at Delivery: Upon receiving the camera, I noticed that its battery level was low. After downloading the required app on my iPhone, I successfully established a connection. However, I encountered a slight inconvenience as the camera required a firmware upgrade. As the battery level was too low initially, I had to wait until it reached 25% before proceeding. This process took approximately five minutes.In light of the aforementioned points, I would like to recommend the following:It is highly advisable to change the Wi-Fi password for the camera within the app's settings. By default, the camera may utilize a generic password or have an open Wi-Fi connection, potentially compromising the privacy and security of stored photos and videos. Taking this precautionary step will ensure that unauthorized access or usage of the camera is prevented. Additionally, please note that future updates for photo and video enhancements are forthcoming.Thank you

Being a gadget freak yet where can purchase within a budget this was a very good purchase personally. Happy it served the purpose I was looking for. The box and packaging was super excellent and perfect. Perfect buddy for travelling. The 360 go×3 captures well with clarity and have used while it was heavy raining but there was no malfunction, yes make sure the main screen does not get sever rain. Also wish the battery percentage of both lasted more than 4 hours which makes the mobile not required at all, here it's 3 good hours. The compact size makes it easy to carry everywhere.
