Very flat and very soft - perfect just what I wanted - 2 are in the pack one is softer and flatter both are great and have a great outer cover

I read the reviews about this pillow and was concerned that some of the reviews were negative. I also looked at other pillows reviews and they had similar negative comments. (I think someone is posting negative reviews of all feather pillows. Probably an activist.)My review after using this pillow. I love it. There is no odor. there is no noise of the feathers. The material covering the pillow is high quality. I love this pillow.What I like the most about this pillow is that you can adjust it to the softness/thickness you want by by adding / or removing parts of the pillow. I like a soft / thin pillow so removed one of the inserts. This made the pillow exactly what I needed to get a good nights sleep. I like this pillow, I plan on buying another one for my wife. She like a bigger / fluffier pillow and will leave all the inserts inside.I highly recommend this pillow after sleeping on it for a couple of weeks.

This is the perfect pillow. You can remove one or two of the inserts. I like very thin pillows so ended up with two pillows from this one purchase. Purchased another for adult son who is doing the same. Highly recommend.

It is too soft with out the insert. Too lumpy with it.I hate it. Wife apparently doesn't know a quality pillow from a thrift pillow

I bought a couple designer pillows that were build your own and paid a fortune, they weren’t great. A little flat. I read up and saw these and thought I would give them a try. They are really firm. Not my cup of tea. Not soft at all, with no insert it’s just a shell, which is soft, but like a blanket, inserts are like a rock.

While it is not a pure down pillow, it's filled with feathers and other items. It's extremely comfortable and I love the fact that you can adjust the firmness by removing the inserted pillows. In fact, I learned that I could just put the larger of the "insert pillows" into a pillow case and I get TWO pillows for the price of one. I just put the other one in its own pillow case. And it was great for the price, especially because the king size was less expensive than the queen!

I am a pillow snob. Eight of them at any one time, and I build a nest every night.It helps with a bad back and hip. Because I have so many, one of them always needs to be replaced, and I actually stumbled onto this one.I always have high hopes when promised a great product when buying pillows and sheets (sheet snob, too) and am often disappointed. Too picky? I don't know. I know what I like.This pillow gets my stamp of approval. I am using as is, I didn't remove anything. It's wonderful. No, I don't sleep thru the night because of it, I'm not anymore rested than normal, but I am more comfortable. I hope it lasts! It's only been a week so fingers crossed.I

Nice but there’s only two pillows inside so when you take one out, it’s awkward. Two is too full but one is too flat. The picture shows three, but that’s inaccurate.
