I have 2b/c natural curls that are really fine.I bought this product since Bouncy curls has been discontinued and am highly disappointed. Does not give the hold I need, my natural curls are falling out literally by the end of the day, so frizzy too. I love the smell and how soft my hair is after using it, but no it doesn't make my hair shine, and it's not effective for me!

I bought this because I went to a curly hair hairdresser and this is what she used. It's ok, but it is expensive and I find it is a bit crunchy when it dries. I much prefer Cantu which is a lot cheaper and doesn't dry crunchy.

Love this curl gel, I first tried it at the hairdressers. I have straight hair, so scrunch dry it to 3/4 dry, curling around my fingers to give a casual curly look, then apply Curl Jam, and some hairspray and my curls will last all day and into the next day. You only need a little rubbed over the palms of your hand, this tub will last ages.Why do folk with straight hair want it curly and vice versa?
