Update 8/29As I mentioned previously V. at customer service has been communicating with me on my situation. She asked for pictures of my pool and with those was able to find a compatible version of their robot cleaners and sent it to me free of charge. the Osprey 300 so far as worked very well with my pools layout and occassionaly slopes and bumps. I'm thankful for thier post-purchase support and willingness to work with me on finding a solution that worked instead of just accepting the return and refunding the original purchase price. I will def. keep this inmind when I upgrade my pool and need a robot that can climb walls with treads (which they also sell).EDIT 8/17 so I've been dealing with customer service the last few days as they responded to my original review. At first they offered me a full refund if I return the product but after my response they actually came back with a little bit of troubleshooting as well as an offer to upgrade to a larger unit due to the slight slopes in my pool. Hopefully the larger unit which I agreed to take will work better but I'm glad the customer service is working with me****So this robot is water jet powered, not via motorized wheels. It cleans mainly by squeegeying the bottom of the pool liner... And I guess creating a suction when the water is jetted out through the front and back nozzle ports. The problem is if there's any unlevel spots of the pool floor it can get stuck pretty easy. So slight raises and drops are problematic. Also if you have a ladder mat thats a problem too. The debris compartment always has stuff in it so I know it's doing its job but definitely think improvements could be made and next time ill go with a different style

I love that I have more time to enjoy the pool and less time cleaning. I put the Wybot in every morning and now instead of hand vacuuming the pool daily or every other day (we get a lot of wind where I live) I only need to vacuum it twice a week. The Wybot does a great job but I have to get the walls and edges of pool.

It is a very good pool cleaner with a couple of exceptions. It does not go in a straight line. It does not pick up leaves. It actually runs them over and does not pick them up.It does however pick up hair, dirt or sand, and keeps the bottom of the pool clean. However because it will not run in a straight line, it usually takes two chargings to get the bottom clean. 100 minutes of battery life more like 40 minutes and I am recharging it. I don't know why it has such a poor battery life.Again, It does a pretty good job at keeping the bottom of the pool pretty clean just as long as you can get the big leaves out yourself.It is very easy to clean, and easy to use.

Great product for the money. Only 4 stars because I have to get in pool when I run it. It always gets stuck on the edges. Otherwise very satisfied.

Does a pretty good job. Doesn't clean quite as well as my suction cleaner with hose but I like the fact that it collects the sediment in its own container and doesn'tgo through the pool filter. It's super easy to use, clean and charge.

I started a return, but then decided to keep it due to not wanting to drive 30 minutes to get to the ups store nearest to me. It runs pretty good, but doesn't make it around my size of pool, which is a 30' before it times out.

Love that I can just put it in the pool and forget about it. You definitely need a flat/level surface. If you have the slightest wrinkle in liner, the bot gets stuck. I bought it on prime day. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have it.

I have an 18' pool and this little thing really gets things off the bottom. I wish the battery would last a little bit longer though.
