The condition of this book is impeccable! It’s Perfect, like it was never touched. I saved a ton of money with this purchase. The book itself is a treasure. I learned about it through one of my classes and it has great insights on Leadership. I’m just too impressed with the entire transaction!

Which I bought I stead of rented because this would be a good book to have on hand. They do have a lot of additions so they'll likely be a new one out soon anyways. Definitely a long book with 600 pages with small type and barely any photos. Rough for seven and a half week course but doing the best I can to get through it. Recommend buying if you have that option. I got a brand new one.

In 7.5 years of higher education; this is without a doubt the best text book I have ever read. This is the leadership of tomorrow with more flexibility and less top-down business structure than most in existence today.

Product is ok. The issue is the Amazon delivery service. They shoved the package into the small mailbox and it should not be put in there. Please inform the delivery people not to do this. They need better training

I received my book today, & this was the condition it was in...other than that, everything else is intact.

I enjoyed the text was interesting visually, case studies, vignettes, and pearls are highlighted and break up the monotony. I used this text in Advanced Leadership in my DNP program.

Couldn't tell you what the book was about. Bought it for my graduate call and never even need to open it. Go figure. I guess they have to have a required book for each class.

The case studies are great! Good book!
