Landroid isn’t in the running
So I can honestly say it would have taken me less time to cut the grass with my conventional mower. In fact I think if I took the scissors out I would have still been quicker. It had cut through the boundary wire 4 times in the first 2 hours.Drove past the boundary wire 22 times where by you need to go out pick it up and reset the thing. Absolutely waist of time unless you have a biking green as a lawn and.In 5 hours of mowing it didn’t even finish a full cut. If I could give it a 0 I would have.

One of the best
The media could not be loaded. Contrary to some other viewers, the setup was easy. Watch the youtube video if you don’t know what you’re doing. It works as it should and at this price it’s a bargain.

Awful
Ridiculously complicated. Can’t get it set up. Waste of time and money.

Great mower but very complicated
The media could not be loaded. Lets get the negatives out of the way first, as once set up this is a brilliant mower that is going to save you alot of time in your busy lives.Other reviews suggested it was very difficult to set up, let me tell you, they were not wrong!! We are by no means tech Dummys, but this took us nearly 3 hours to get set up all in all. The worst part was the wifi, linking it up just did not correspond with the booklet or the app instructions (which both said different things.) In the end it was pure luck of clicking a few buttons that managed to get us to the right part of the menu to link it up to the app. Once this was done, you then need to go and lay the wire around your lawn boarder so the mower knows where to cut within, be careful that the wire is well pegged in as when returning to its base the mower cut through the wire joined onto it as it was abit loose, wasnt a big deal being the end of the line but would have been if it was a different point in the cable. Whilst setting up, we got it charged to 100% (confirmed on the app), however after a 1 hour mow this was down to 9%, I was hoping to at least get a couple of jobs done off one charge to be more efficient. The mower does an excellent job dealing with the incline on our lawn with no problem at all, it is very strong and powerful. It takes a strange zig zagging route around the garden but we were impressed that it covered the whole area, dealing with many obstacles and turns with no problems at all. You can set the mower to regular automatic cuts, if you have somewhere outdoors to store it so it can drive out on its own and return to base, you can also put it on a timer and go out leaving it to cut by itself. You can adjust the height of the blade to your desired preference also. Our grass was already quite low, so we will continue to keep it this way, doing more regular maintenance cuts with the robot. Saved us a lot of time faffing cutting it yourself. If you have the time and patience to put a few hours aside to set this up, it will save you more hours in the long run. Great results, just overly tricky to get started up which many may struggle with. Make the design 10x easier to set up and this would be 5*.

Impressive yet random
This is a decent mower, and surprisingly quiet, but it's frustratingly hard to set up, uses a perimeter wire, goes round the garden like it's drunk and has to return for charging a little too often... other than that it's great! This is a fairly compact mower with two large wheels at the back, which drive and steer the robot, and a smaller coaster at the front that keeps the base off the ground. On the top is a big red stop button and a control LCD screen. There’s a rain sensor on the top that will stop the mower from heading out or send it home if it’s already started. Meaning in the North of England it’ll get plenty of rest :DIt charges by docking, the battery is easily removable from a door at the rear and looks like a standard Worx battery design that can be used across their range of power tools so if you have those you may have an external charger too?If you want to and can afford them you can add obstacle detection, virtual fences, a Wi-Fi booster and an anti-theft device although I think cost would make this prohibitive for most people.TBF, This is an absolute pain to set up. Using it in elderly parents garden and I doubt they could have done it themselves, give yourself at least half a day to get it all set up.Remember you need to be able to connect the charging station to a permanent power socket, so the mower can charge when it docks and you also need to lay a perimeter wire around the edge of the garden that you want the mower to cut (this might take a long time). You may need to redo this edge wire a couple of times as you might get left with a strip of unmowed grass or the mower going too far off the edge etc.The mower’s advanced functions are accessed by connecting it to Wi-Fi and downloading the Worx app. Bit fiddly.Does a good job mowing, but if you want to create a nice lined lawn, you’ll need to look somewhere else, this thing just goes around like it’s blindfolded. It does seem to hit everywhere though and if you have it set to do it’s thing twice a week you should have a nicely short lawn all year round (apart from when it’s constantly raining of course)A great bit of solidly built tech with a few limitations. Is the cost worth the time saved having to manually mow your lawn? Only you can decide.

I wouldn't buy one of these.
I think what let's this down is the difficulty getting it set up and linked with WiFi etc.It took me hours to wrap my head around it and from what I've read in previous reviews, everyone has had similar issues.Hopefully for future models, they'll simplify it.Anyway, onto grass cutting. ⤵️You get a decent finish with it, it gets it down short and it's even. It's not loud either, it's rather quiet. My grass was around four inches high, so at this point, I don't know how it would cope with longer grass. It's sturdy and there's a bit of weight to it, which I like, I was worried that it would be light and flimsy and bounce around a lot but it doesn't, thankfully.I think it weighs more on the expensive side though.I certainly wouldn't buy one.
