Useful addition to the Bread Proofer
I ordered the shelf kit when I ordered the bread proofer, not knowing if I would actually need it but I'm glad I did! For the times when I want to make two trays of buns this doubles up the space with plenty of room for the bread rise.

Fantastic bread proofer
I use this proofer for defrosting, making kefir and proofing sourdough bread. Yes, it’s flimsy but I use it every day and wouldn’t be without my proofer now!

Adds versatility.
Adds extra space to an already good product. A bit fiddly to use. Items on the bottom rise quicker than the items on the shelf so need to keep switching between shelves.
