Q: Are they individual wrapped?

They are not individually wrapped. I use a clip to keep the bag closed after opening or I put the cookie bars into Ziplock bags.

Q: What is the shelf life before opening the package?

There is a "best buy" date printed on each box or item. If, when you receive your item, you won't be consuming it before the best buy date, our cookies freeze very well. I hope this helps!

Q: Does your milk supply stay up after completing the bag?

Thank you for your question! That question is a hard one because everyone's nursing journey is different. If you eat the cookies and it increases your supply, you may be able to keep it up by then nursing/pumping more often. Some mamas need to continue eating the cookies for the milk making ingredients.
