Very easy to use and kettle looks brand new
First time using for kettle, and it’s amazing, easy and quick. Leaves the kettle like brand new, very clean and doesn’t miss a spot. Good strength enough to clean the kettle. Didn’t damage the metal so it’s a win win for me! Recommend :)

If only I got all of what I paid for
The product itself worked brilliantly, kettle was adequately descaled... perfect!However, I bought a 2 pack, one of the packets had split meaning the contents spilled everywhere when I unknowingly removed the box from the Amazon delivery envelope. It spilled all over the kitchen worktop and onto the floor where I had 2 dogs, not only that, I got it all over my hands in the process.Luckily, I noticed immediately and removed the dogs from the room whilst I cleaned up the spilled powder. Please look at the packaging to avoid this happening with an worse outcome.

* Fill the kettle half way with water and allow to boil. * Unplug the kettle and place in a sink or bowl * Place one sachet in kettle and leave for 10-15 minutes * If the limescale has not completely removed, turn kettle back on and heat again, but do bot boil. * Empty kettle and dispose of used sachet. * Fill kettle and boil, then dispose of water before use. To keep your appliances performing as they should, treat them once every 3 months in hard water areas, and once every 6 months in soft water areas.

Whether it's harmful or not I'm sure it is but I won't be able to say to what level.
