I needed some unusual emblems to put on a cake for a 90yrs old gentleman who was a member of many associations and charities. The printed rice paper toppers did the trick. Made a difficult task easy and looked amazing

The pictures were very good but I had great difficulty in sending my pictures so that they could be made into cake toppers. All the instructions by Amazon didn't work.

One of the photos was fine, but they cropped the other one, even though I'd sent clear instructions and even printed the circle around the photo so they knew exactly how to print it. The whole point was that this was a photo of a tag from a Yogi teabag with a quote on it. The tag had romantic significance, and they lost that completely by cropping it. It was then just text on a red background. I was offered a refund if I sent the toppers back, but it was then too late to get a replacement for a Valentine's cake. The thing that really irked me, though, was their refusal to accept there was anything wrong with what they'd supplied.

Very fast printing and delivery (I paid for two-day delivery, ordered Friday, arrived Tuesday). Easy and fun.
