I've had this lamp for quite a while now and its still going strong. Looks great on the desk and provides a nice dim light from the corner. Great for bedsides as well.

This is just amazing!! Bought for my grandson’s 14th boy! He really loves it! Adds to his room and is so pretty lit at night! Very well made!!

I noticed that the wooden pedestal was packed in small cardboard box and had small scratches on the edges. There was one large scratch. The light switch cord is rather short and requires a USB wall adapter. Of course, the wall adapter is not included.The globe looked great until I looked at areas around the Equator and saw that equatorial countries in the northern hemisphere were stretched out and distorted due to poor workmanship.I purchased this globe for a DIY project for my wedding, so I was fine with the globe having flaws. Of course, had I wanted to use this globe as it came, I would have sent it back.

Overall, this globe is very nice, but I tried twice to get a globe with out glue smear marks on it, which are amplified when the globe is illuminated. Both globes came with smear marks. Looks terrible. If the glue marks weren’t there, it would be pretty nice. So frustrating!Also, you can tell a little bit about the company that makes the product by the way it’s packaged. This product comes in a nice box, but then it just looks like they threw everything in the box and closed the lid.Overall, nice globe, poor craftsmanship, not impressed.

Love the soft light. Good quality item. Had to return first one I ordered. Bulb was malfunctioning. Fast shipping of replacement globe.

this one was the best price i found for an acceptable size globe. ALWAYS look and listed sizes, many are much smaller.it has a nice warm glow just as pictured, perhaps a good night light. lit from inside and the globe spins on its base if you move it- it does not turn on its own.
