Been using this trolley largely on a quarterly basis. It’s been about a year since purchase (max use of 4 times travel) and the zipper handle first came out of its groove and now groove itself is totally broken. Finding the warranty and a place to repair this is exhausting. Not worth the price ! I have found new Indian brands like Uppercase more reliable and working much better for me during the same duration !Edit - I tried to claim warranty for the defect but the stores in Mumbai (Parel, Bandra, etc) just flatly refuse to acknowledge online Amazon purchases ! So servicing a Delsey even under warranty appears impossible! And physical stores warn you that to even to try to claim warranty requires minimum of 7 to 10 days even for something as simple as repairing a broken zipper ! Strongly advise to stay away from this expensive and completely unreliable brand !

Ordered 1 unit for my international trip, if you go with plastic quality by touch then it is very poor, so somehow I had to trust this suitcase's quality and went with the trip, and IT SURVIVED the test with no breaks or issues. So quality-wise material is good👍Features are nothing great, the suitcase comes with normal compartments with nothing so special to talk about.The claim scratchless is not true, my suitcase got scratched quite a lot on this trip.The suitcase handle could have been better at the price point and brand proposition they go with.Hence overall 4 stars as it does the job for youz

The product image is different. I bought this coz of expandable zipper feature which was portrait in the pic but in actual it wasn’t there at all. You’ll only get one closure zipper that’s it. If u r buying for that expandable zipper features then it’s not for u. Other than that the luggage itself is nice.
