(Update at the bottom)Great set & great value for money here.I've not tested the range in an open area yet. But with houses & trees in the way. It doesn't last long. But it is an un-licenced radio, so that is fine.But does work well when you're working 50-100 metres away from someone and there's a house between you or something of a similar size.The voice clarity is amazing, I was paranoid about it being so crackly that I wouldn't be able to understand. But it is actually very clear and easy to understand.Comes with the battery, battery charger, wrist strap & belt clip (pictured) & an ear piece.The ear piece is great as it clips round your ear and you can press the button on the piece to talk (like earphones on an iPhone/ Android).I recommend you get these walkie talkies as they're easy to use, a good size & pretty good for most applications.I need 2 - 4 more of these, so I will be buying more in the near future.(sorry for the bad pictures)Tested in an open area with the original antennas, range is okay, happy with them. I have also purchased 2 cheap Nagoya antennas for these and the range has improved and quality improved. So I still recommend these if you want something to help when you can’t rely on mobile phones all day.

So... I’m a Security Supervisor for a large retail store.. 3 Floors, over a hundred different departments and more importantly a huge staffing team to manage. These radios have enhanced and optimised the communication between shopfloor staff and myself to a standard I didn’t think was possible in such a large store. Incredible quality, incredible aesthetics and better yet... The sounds in phenomenal even at different ends of the store.. For the price we paid, it has exceeded expectations.. Came well on time. Works well around the buildings, so much better for getting hold of my colleagues , as we work inside and out.Only 1 spot the signal wasn’t good. But move slightly signal comes back. But wouldn’t be with out them. There great walkie talkies. Would recommend.

they are clear and good they work well and I almost forget that i have it on if I clip it to my pocket, I usually take it out with me and often here other people who are using the same (as long as they are less than three miles away) with ease.

Excellent product using it for security services.There is one missing item from the 16 units 1 hand strap is missing.

My only problem seems to be with programming software, it seems a little "buggy", otherwise an excellent product, performs well, good battery life.
