My Nose Just Got a Superpower!
Fellow humans who occasionally sound like a freight train in their sleep (or live with one), let's talk about the Intake Breathing Nasal Strip Starter Kit. I bought this with a mix of desperation (my partner was threatening to move to the couch) and curiosity. Could these little magnetic strips really make a difference? My skepticism was high, but my need for a peaceful night's sleep was higher. When this kit arrived, it looked like something out of a slightly futuristic medical lab. A few different sized magnetic bands and a stack of adhesive tabs. It felt... intriguing. The instructions involved sticking a tab to your nose and then attaching the magnetic band. It felt a bit like assembling tiny, high-tech nose jewelry. My initial attempts were slightly awkward, resulting in a few crooked tabs, but the magnetic applicator helps guide them into place. The first night was the moment of truth. I applied the strips, looked in the mirror (and tried not to laugh at my reflection), and settled into bed. I fell asleep, bracing myself for the usual elbow nudge from my partner around 2 AM. But the nudge never came.I woke up feeling... rested. And my partner was still in bed, not glaring at me from the doorway. Apparently, the snoring was significantly reduced, if not eliminated! It's like these little strips are tiny bouncers for your nasal passages, keeping them wide open and ensuring smooth airflow. My nose, which previously seemed to be operating at about 50% capacity overnight, suddenly had the breathing power of a champion athlete.Beyond the snoring (which, let's be honest, is a major win), I've noticed I just breathe better through my nose during the day too. It's subtle, but it's there. More oxygen? Maybe! More energy? Possibly! Less stress? Definitely, at least for my partner. If you snore, struggle with nasal congestion at night, or just want to experience the joy of truly open nasal passages, give this a try. It's a slightly unconventional but incredibly effective solution. It's brought peace back to my bedroom and made breathing feel effortless. I'm thoroughly impressed with this little nose gadget.

Surprising Results – Better Sleep and Easier Breathing
I was a bit skeptical about trying the Intake Breathing Nasal Strip Starter Kit, but after a few nights of use, I’m honestly impressed. These black, extra-strength nasal strips have become part of my nightly routine—and they actually work.Breathing & Sleep Quality: I noticed a clear difference in how easily I could breathe through my nose almost immediately after putting one on. As someone who deals with mild congestion and occasional snoring, these strips have helped reduce mouth breathing and improve overall sleep quality. I wake up feeling more rested and less groggy.Snoring Reduction: According to my partner, the snoring has gone down significantly. That alone makes these strips worth every penny.Comfort & Durability: The strips stay put all night, even when I shift positions or sweat a little. They’re designed to be skin-safe and haven’t caused any irritation or redness, which is a huge plus. The black color is also a sleek touch—more discreet and modern-looking than the typical beige.Starter Kit: The 15-count kit is a great way to try them out before committing to a larger box. I’ll definitely be ordering more.Whether you’re looking to reduce snoring, improve your breathing during sleep, or just wake up feeling better, I highly recommend giving these nasal strips a shot.

Great, but DROPSHIPPED product.
I found out about intake through an instagram ad and thought it looked fantastic so I purchased it just to try it out. 20 dollars seemed reasonable, and I would say even for that price, this thing is pretty worth it.In terms of the product itself, it does everything it claims to do, it opens up my airway fantastically. The quality is great, the plastic is not cheap feeling, the magnetic applicator is actually very handy, makes it easy to apply, and it includes sizing for almost any nose size. The stickers themselves work great, and so long as you clean your nose beforehand, they won’t start to come off until you wear them longer than 24hrs. If I was rating based on the product itself, I’d give a perfect review.I like to wear mine before bed, which drastically improves my sleep quality. I’ve also worn it to the gym a few times which was amazing, but I’m not brave enough to show up with it on every day lol. Any situation where you need to open up your airways works great with this. Sometimes if I’m gonna be working from home, I’ll just stick it on the morning and leave it on all day!Positives aside, when I ran out of the adhesive magnets, I went and checked the price of the refills. Intake wants to charge $30 for 30 stickers. I don’t know how you can justify charging a dollar for a bandaid with a tiny magnet in it. Mind you, without those, the product is completely unusable. Since I didn’t want to pay the equivalent of 2 Prime memberships every month to continue using my nose strip, I went online to do some research to see if maybe there was a DIY solution or way to reuse the stickers…Turns out, I discovered THIS EXACT PRODUCT is on aliexpress, sold by the actual manufacturer for $2 dollars (for the same starter pack kit). Not a knockoff version, the exact same product. I have both kits now and besides packaging, the two products are literally indistinguishable. Same logo, same materials, same sizing, even the swirling pattern on the magnetic applicator is the same. Not only that, but the refill sticker packs cost $7 for 100 count… basically, intake is selling you a product that they didn't actually invent, don’t actually make, putting their own branding and charging you 10x markup for the kit and 15x markup for refills. So while I absolutely love the product, I can’t help but feeling like I’ve been duped into participating in someone’s get rich quick scheme by buying from Intake. I honestly wouldn’t even fault them if they sold it for a less ridiculous markup, since at least you have the convenience of avoiding international shipping and having prime overnight. But in my mind, selling a $0.07 sticker for 1 dollar is totally unjustified.Rating 3 stars, because despite the drop shipping scam, the product itself is perfect. If it weren’t for intake’s shady business model, I would have rated 5 stars.
