My Waterdrop G3 stopped working at five years after replacing the RO. I reached out to customer service where Doreen was able to answer all my questions and provide a small discount on a new model. I thought that was very commendable, as my G3 was outside the warranty period.I researched all models and the X12 was the perfect choice. Upon installation and turning on the water supply, it started leaking. It then beeped continuously. I reached out to customer service and Doreen was able to send me a replacement right away!The replacement works perfectly and I’m super impressed with the quality of the unit, the quality and taste of the water, and its performance! I look forward to many years of use!My X12 is connected directly to the refrigerator, not the faucet. If you are connecting directly to a refrigerator, you will need a 3/8 to 1/4 reducer, which is not a big deal. I also recommend installing a filter bypass on your fridge, as the refrigerator filter will affect the pressure. The water pressure from the refrigerator is really good!In conclusion, Waterdrop is a great company that has excellent customer service and I could not be any happier with our new investment! Rest assured that Waterdrop will take care of its customers!

One of the best things we’ve added in terms of household items. The water tastes great and the convenience is life changing. The water flow rate on the X-12 is surprisingly fast. We don’t ever get impatient filling up our coffee maker reserve tank, pots, large pitchers, etc.It’s relatively silent. When dispensing water, I only hear the water. Afterwards (the timing varies), I can hear the under sink unit draining into the pipe, but it isn’t very noticeable. The sound of the water dripping into the sink drain is louder than the unit. The lower you place the unit’s drain tube on the sink pipe, the less drip noise you’ll hear. My wife and kids don’t even notice the noise.I’m not that handy and was able to install myself. The instructions are helpful and I found many videos online.I had questions on the faucet unit. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Top notch support along with a quality product makes this an easy five stars.

My initial unit worked for about a month then started to leak. Contacted Customer Support and they (Harper) quickly sent a new one once we performed some basic troubleshooting. Water quality of the unit is much better then the fridge water. I've tested water quality for both and Waterdrop is hands down much better. Harper was very responsive, polite, and patient with all of our communication. I plan to purchase more units from Waterdrop in the near future, due to great product that is supported by a those who care!

Absolutely love this! We have well water and were sick of buying bottled water constantly. This has been wonderful! We bought and installed the unit back in February 2025 and have been very satisfied. I’ve been recommending it to all of my friends and family. We use it for our drinking water and in our coffee maker daily. Best purchase!

This is a great RO system and I’m happy with it. I knocked off a star because as others say, the stream is so forceful when you turn it on that it splashes out, and it’s pretty annoying. Twice I’ve added water to a kettle that already had hot water in it, splashing hot water onto my arm.

We are VERY pleased with our Waterdrop. It is a huge improvement over the prior RO system we had with a small tank under the sink. Previously, the tank would run out of water on a daily basis. Now, with the Waterdrop, there is an endless supply of water - plenty to quickly fill the coffee pot and our water bottles and drinking glasses, etc. etc. We did hire a plumber to install it, because the plumber was coming to our house anyway for a different issue, so I can't say if it is easy for homeowners to install. It took the plumber about 45 minutes. Some reviewers have commented on the noise or hum of the system. This does not bother us at all. It is periodic (30-60 seconds)- not constant - and is part of how the unit functions - so it's not a big deal. Normal house noise (music, conversation, etc) drowns out the hum - sort of like the hum of a quiet dishwasher running. The Waterdrop customer service team is readily available, and genuinely cares about whether you are having a good experience. For us, this was a representative named Harper. We highly recommend the Waterdrop.

Can't do these slow filters, my ADHD mind freezes, haha, so this one is GREAT! I see people complaining the water comes out too fast and it makes a splash in the cup? Haha, wow, is this really what the world is coming to? Buy the slower one, problem solved, then again, there will be a complaint that it's too slow, can't have it both ways I guess. But I love this one!

There are two reasons I am glad I purchased the Waterdrop x16 RO water filter.1. The RO filter is incredible. I switched from a tank type RO filter and it took about 4 minutes to fill a 1 gallon jug - if you need any water shortly after that - good luck. Thie X16 fills the same jug in about 40 seconds. I was concerned the pump would be loud and annoying but it’s barely audible. The water tastes like nothing - like it’s supposed to - just clear refreshing water.2. The Waterdrop support is outstanding. When I initially received my unit it work fine except when the faucet was dialed to dispense a specific amount of water - say 8 ounces - it did not stop - it ran until it was shut off. I contacted their support via email and was shocked. I received a response within minutes. They sent me a replacement faucet which arrived within a couple days. They followed up with shipping information and they also wanted to ensure the new faucet was working properly - which it did.Thank you Waterdrop for outstanding products and support.
