These are great for many reasons
I got these for my shoulder. They work great. My daughter was going on a two week road trip and had pulled a muscle in her lower back. They are a Godsend. They last just long enough, so they aren’t wasteful.

Great for car emergency kits, especially for parents.
I love keeping these in the car for play ground tumbles. Usually nothing is too serious, but we've seen a few twisted ankles and these really saved the day! I keep them in a tupper ware container just in case they get jostled around and accidentally activated, but I'm surprised that in the southern heat they've been just fine in the car. This is my restock, I don't recall when I purchased them last, but I still have a few from my first box ...gosh, I wanna say close to a decade ago.

They do not get quite as cold as a good ice pack, but the advantage of being able to carry them without freezing and activate as needed is a huge plus. They do work very well and provide good relief from pain.
