Great buds extremely loud so beware

The AirPods have exceeded my expectations for both style and performance.The earbuds deliver surprisingly good audio, especially for their price range.

Bought these for the purpose of noise cancellation, which it does not do. Other features work great such as the bass and 360 audio. Advertising is misleading though, you will still hear ambience and outside noises, if in busy areas you will still here those noises.The plastic buds placed in your ear may have a wide circumference but it's depth is small.Update 4 months later:Still works. However, one ear piece is slightly lower in volume when when at max volume.

My headset has given up on me so I searched for a new pair and stumbled across these. Wow what a great pair of Bluetooth earbuds. Great design , style, price , fit however sound is incredible and great base. I would say they are fair superior than my Apple AirPods Pro!

They look cool but the audio quality is reality poor.

Its unfortunate but for some reason the earbuds were configured the wrong way around for both sound and the controls, reset etc didn't solve it. So all controls were on the opposite earbud and the sound channels were swapped over. The sound was good for the price but could not hear any difference for the surround sound, I didnt expect it and it didn't deliver it. Confirmation beeps can be quite loud. The instructions were OK but it did not cover all that was required. So for refference, to reset its 5 quick taps on both earduds simultainiosly, to change the spoken confirmation langauge from Chinese to English (or back again) disconnect bluetooth on your device and double tap the right earbud. I found that the tap on the earbud was not always recognised, so sometimes the change didn't happen or something with less taps happened instead. Always fully charge through the case before trying and connecting the earbuds. I did contact Lenovo through the community support page and had answers which didn't solve the issues of the reversed earbuds but got responses within a few hours which was good. I think this this is not a UK and maybe not a European market sold product, so direct support from the Lenovo UK main page was not supported as it didn't recognise either the product or it serial number, which is why I went the community page and got answers. If the earbuds worked the correct way around, I would have kept them as they are only for when on holiday or away from home and at the price the sound was OK and it wouldn't have been a disaster if they were misplaced or damaged. At home I would use a quality over ear headphones.
