I've been looking for a set of wireless earbuds for my longer bike rides. The wired ones I have get caught in my helmet when I turn my head, and answering phone calls is sometimes problematic. The Runner 40 set looked like just what I needed. Unfortunately, I had a lot of bad luck getting them working. Fortunately, the company was highly responsive and helped me work through the issues.The first set of earbuds I received paired just fine, but I could not get sound out of the left earbud. After pairing and repairing (get it? Heh, heh) I finally gave up and returned them for a replacement set. With the 2nd set I had more difficulty getting them paired, possibly because my phone remembered the previous set. When I finally got through that, I found that the sound was spotty; it would turn on and off based on the direction of my head, even when I was just a couple of feet away from the phone. I finally decided that these earbuds were also bad, but when I went to return the set for another replacement, I found that this was not an option. Apparently Amazon will only allow you 1 replacement, after which you can only return the product for a refund. Who knew?I really liked the look and features of these earbuds, so I really wanted them to work for me. I contacted the vendor directly and explained the issue. After the usual "did you turn on the power?", "did you follow the directions in the book for resetting the connection?", etc, I got them to send me a replacement pair. These worked. Finally I have something I can review! My impressions:- These earbuds are comfortable to wear. They fit nicely and the hook for the back of the ear holds the bud in place.- They work as expected. The case doubles as a charging station for the earbuds, and simply removing them from the case turns them on. Additionally, if I only want to use one when I'm on a conference call, no problems at all. It works fine.- The sound is a little tinny, especially during a conference call. There is a bass boost feature, but I can't get it to work. I'll keep playing with it and hopefully it will fix this issue.Due to the issues with the first two sets, I'm concerned about the quality control of the product. However, with a vendor willing to stand behind the product and make things right, it's much less of an issue. Even with the minor issues detailed above, I like these earbuds and I am happy to recommend them, in large part because of the vendor.

These are truly made for small ears! I finally have earbuds that stay in place and sound beautiful! The case is very sleek and pretty. I’ve used them for months so I know they will stand the test of time! They stay charged for a long time so I don’t even carry my charger cord with me, as I know I will be able to charge them at home after a few days use. I lost my charging cord and was assisted immediately after I sent an email to the company. Great customer service!! Will definitely purchase from this company again!

Difficult to balance sound in both ears! fit is spot on!

I bought these headphones because they were cheap and wrapped around the ear. They do have good sound quality, but I would not recommend these headphones because they require so much effort to connect to any of my devices. Perhaps it's the fact that I have an old iPhone, but my other bluetooth devices connect quickly any easily, so I'm leaning toward it being a problem with the headphones. I usually just wear one headphone so I can still hear what's going on around me, but when I do wear both headphones it's honestly a 3-5 minute process to get both of them to pair. I would say 7 times out of 10 the one headphone I'm wearing will pair no problem, but it happens often enough that I had to put it back in the case to turn it off, then take it back out, go to my settings, blah blah blah...it's frustrating. Additionally, it's maddeningly inconsistent when they will disconnect. Sometimes I'll wear one headphone at night and just take it off and put it on my nightstand before I go to sleep, and when I wake up in the morning it's still connected. Then sometimes that same headphone will disconnect if I pause my music for just a couple of minutes to have a conversation. All in all, they are $40 headphones, and they perform like $40 headphones, so I probably shouldn't be surprised.
