This product works amazingly well.
I have never left a review on Amazon before. this product is fantastic the other people showing pictures that this product is not good it's not my experience at all. this is one of the most effective supplements I've ever bought and I'm buying more because I think some of the people leaving negative messages or reviews will make this product go away from Amazon. a lot of people put reviews that are not about the product unfortunately. as I used to be a seller and there's a lot of shady things that happen when a good product comes on Amazon from competitors. Buy it and leave great reviews so that they don't go away. Worst case you can always return it.

Exploded
These pills have been working pretty well to keep caffeine from giving me negative side effects. It just stinks that a pill had exploded. Very gross. The bottle is clear so I don't know why quality control didn't pick this up. I would like a replacement and will update this review if I get one.

Synthethic B12 but Brand Is Transparent About It
I am giving 4 stars due to the synthetic form of Vitamin B12. Though I do believe that the synthetic form is the more common form of B12 used in vitamins as it is cheaper, more stable and easier to come by. I do praise Carlyle for the transparency of Carlyle listing the form of B12 used and the price of the vitamins reflecting this as well. There are two forms of Vitamin B12, cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin. Cyanocobalamin being man-made synthetic form while methylcobalamin is a naturally occurring form that can be found in food. The body can utilize both forms and converts the synthetic B12 form into methylcobalamin or adenosylcobalamin.Overall, I do like the formulation as the vitamin has a lot of ingredients that are supposed to be good for the brain. No adverse effects were experienced, and this is a brand that I have grown to trust from the quality of the vitamins and the transparency of the brand.

It works!
I found that even with my small-ish frame, I needed 3 - 4 per dose, and it really did help - a LOT! "Did" work because sadly, I learned I have an unfortunate sensitivity to Turmeric, which is used in the manufacturing of the supplement's casing. Meanwhile, looking for a similar product without...Word of caution: if you have a sensitive tummy, be sure to take after eating or these could 'repeat' on you.
