Circulon Infinite Induction Hob Pan Set - 7 Piece Non Stick Pots and Pans Set with Stainless Steel Lids & Handles, Premium Dishwasher Safe Cookware, Black

I purchased these pans in February of this year; we needed induction compatible pans you could put in the oven and these fit the bill, and I can confirm I have absolutely no regrets these pans have been absolutely fantastic. Based on their performance we have bought more from the same Circulon infinite range (including additional saucepans, frying pans and the chef’s pan).The set contains:1 x 20cm saucepan with lid1 x 18cm saucepan with lid1 x 16cm saucepan with lid1 x 24cm frying pan1 x 20cm frying panThings I like about these pans:- They work on induction which was our main reason for buying them (they also work on every other hob type)- Their heat transference is very even, they rival our Le Creuset pans that we have but these aren’t as heavy, although they do still have a good weight to them (just not as unwieldy as a Le Creuset cast iron pan)- Their non-stick properties are excellent, we’ve not had anything stick yet to either the interior or exterior of these pans (all pans are coated both inside and out with a non-stick coating), I’ve burnt plenty of the sugar in these and it’s always washed off with minimal effort.- You can put them in the oven thanks to their handles being oven proof entirely as made from stainless steel – oven safe up to 240 degrees Celsius.- They hand wash very well and moreover are very easy to clean: ours honestly look as good as the day we bought them but we have never put them through the dishwasher, though they are dishwasher safe it is recommended to hand wash (as it is with any high quality cookware).We have since purchased an additional 18cm and 20cm saucepan from the range as well as a larger frying pan as these really are all we use now when cooking, our poor Le Creuset pans don’t really see the light of day anymore.Since buying this set I have bought more silicone kitchen wear to protect these pans as I am concerned they might scratch, yet to date, even with the occasional metal spoon scraping them out, they have yet to get a mark on them.All in all I am extremely impressed. The 5 pan set represents fantastic value and is a good all-round set in terms of the size combinations. No criticisms whatsoever, if you enjoy cooking these pans will be a welcome addition to your kitchen.

I was going to treat myself to Hexclad pans, when I saw these, at less than half the cost of Hexclad, and I love them! Have used them consistently since purchase, and they look like I just bought them. Even cooking, and they wash perfectly. A week ago I unfortunately burnt something - the burnt bits still cleaned off effortlessly. Very good value! Thoroughly recommend them!

Circulon are well known for their high quality and this set lives up to that expectation. The pans are weighty and do not slip or slide on a gas hob. Heat distribution is even and consistent and little oil really is needed to cook well. The non-stick element of it performs well and they are easy to clean by hand which saves on their lifespan. They are however fine to go in the dishwasher and come up well if you need deeper cleaning. For storage they stack well, and I tend to use a sheet of kitchen towel placed inside the pot to further protect the cooking surface. The handles are rugged and easy to grip, though they do heat up after a while, being all metal and no silicon. The lids are solid stainless steel and while I do miss being able to see inside the pan like with glass lids, it's not real hassle to lift it up. The benefit with this set seems to be that it is oven safe up to around 500º. All in, this is a sturdy set of cookware that looked after, will last years. And if it doesn't, there's always the lifetime guarantee.

Great set of pans. We find them so easy to clean and they look very smart. They are a little on the heavy side, but probably won't bother many people, it's only our arthritis which makes them a bit awkward sometimes. But they are really solid, well made pans of good quality. They are nice and deep too which is good as some pans can hold the same amount but be wider and shallower and are easy to boil over, but not these as long as you are careful. Having a solid lid does prevent you seeing things coming to the boil and they don't have a vent either, so things can boil over (especially with induction hobs as they are so quick) but you can cook on a lower setting and things cook a lot quicker I find.We did order the wrong set at first, so beware, this set DOES work on Induction hobs, the word Infinite in the title makes this set ok for induction, but it can be confusing as to which set works on which type of hob, so buyer beware and read the summary carefully.They arrived on time and well packed so a good buy indeed, very pleased.

So far these are doing well with gas cooking but the worse thing is the handles get hot. I can’t seem to find “the perfect” cookware lol!

J'ai acheté cet ensemble il y a environ 2 mois et je suis vraiment ravie. On sent que les produits sont conçus pour durer dans le temps et c'est très agréable à cuisiner avec et l'entretien très facile. Les casseroles gardent le contenu bien au chaud avec le couvercle. J'ai fait vraiment une super affaire avec la réduction temporaire proposée, et je vous recommande vivement. Sur la durée, c'est un bon investissement.

Son fuertes, la comida se cocina perfectamente y no se pega y además aprovecha la energía muy bien porque calienta rápido y se mantiene una vez apagado. Estoy encantada con ellos.

This is the second set of pans I have purchased. They hold up well. I love them!

Uso le pentole della Meyer/Circulon per più di vent'anni e le trovo fantastiche. Le lavo a mano, anche se, in teoria, si possono lavare nella lavastoviglie, ma così ho notato che il rivestimento antiaderente dura più a lungo. Non si attacca niente, sono facilissime da pulire, mantengo bene il calore anche a fiamma bassa e sono inoltre molto eleganti.
