Love this screen. Easy to clean and store.

I bought this splatter guard because I have a son who leaves a mess on our cooktop in the mornings when he fries bacon and eggs. I like the guard because it does help block a lot of the grease that splatters. Also it is great that it can be cleaned in the dishwasher. And it doesn't rust like metal ones do. Being able to fold the guard in half helps with storage. It has little openings across the surface to release steam but some still does build up which causes a bit of moisture to collect and drip underneath but still is an improvement over having oil everywhere. I have found that the raised edges and middle divider keep the guard from lying absolutely flat on the pan. These edges also get hot so when you fold back half of it to check your foods, you need to use a pot holder to prevent burned fingers. My opinion overall is that this was a good purchase and I would certainly buy it again.

Replaced an old mesh splatter screen. This one is a nice sturdy silicone. I like the fact it folds in half-storage wise I have more options to store in different areas of the kitchen.

Bought as a gift and she loves it

Doesn’t really stop splatters and it gets very hot and wet on the stove. Buy the Oxo.

This splatter guard lets way less grease through than a screen and is easier to clean.

Melted first time using it... looks nice, but too flimsy for using with cast iron pans.
