Will this product remove sta-sharp film from screens?

no this is for the removal of hardened emulsion

can it remover screen filler?

It’s perfect for removing emulsion. Just spray and very little rubbing. Usually just a hose down gets everything. Not sure what ‘screen filler’ is?

Will this remove water based diazo emulsion?

I have had no problem using this to remove both Ecotex emulsion and the Speedball diazo emulsion that I use. A little should go a long way.

Has anyone had an issue with this not removing Ecotex emulsion? I currently have 5 screens that will not wash out completely.
