Good quality gel insole sits comfortably inside trainers with no appreciable movement easy to cut for a tight fit and after a few steps is virtually unnoticeable when running/walking better than many others on sale

These are great comfortable gel insoles, they were very easy to fit into my shows you just cut them down to your size and place them inside your shoes, if your kn your feet all day they are great for comfort but for me they didn't help I suffer with plantar fasciitis and just didn't give me the support I need but still overall good insoles. I'm about 17 st and no problem for weight..So overall good insoles but just didn't work for me.

Good bit a kit for the money well worth it if u want comfortable feet while walkin about

They're easy to adapt - cutting the toe and heel areas to fit your shoes/boots. They were comfortable though not as much as I hoped for.I've had these in my boots about 3 months but only recently I've noticed that the rubber on heel part is falling apart.

Amazing product.

I buy these regularly for 2x reasons. They make wearing shoes for long days on my feet much easier and prevent bruising on the soles of my feet, but also, when I buy shoes which are half a size too big, these make them fit perfectly. Typically stay put and don’t need to be repositioned after each use

Bought these for a set of wellies that were unfortunately a size too large, plus very hard under foot!These did the job quite nicely. Plus has guide marks, if you need to cut them to fit a smaller shoe / boot.The "gel" like composition is a little squashy under foot, but they definitely remove the edge off a hard or unsupportive shoe or boot. I might advise a bit of fabric adhesive into the sole of the shoe before fitting these, as they are quite grippy and will sometimes get pulled out as you remove your foot from the shoe.
