Came home to my little brother (he’s 30 years old) on the ground covered in sweat c/o dizziness. Normally I would have called 911. Instead I used this stuff in a 22 oz bottle of water, he drank it down. In 4 and half minutes he got up. Went to the doctors office instead got a BMP done and everything checked out. Great tasting! Really fuels the body. Excellent source of potassium and minerals for exercise enthusiasts. Taste is a bit sweet even though it's used with stevia. Would like to see organic fruit juices.

Taste is good, doesn't dissolve into water though sometimes I'm sipping sandy bits idk what thats about but I do see energy benefits so 4/5

Excellent! I bought for my athletic 24 year old son. He loves this product! My regular lemonade electrolytes were not enough for him. I knew Dr.Berg would provide a sports electrolytes product. My son can definitely tell a difference. He is a kickboxer & regularly works out. Great product! Really makes a difference for him.

I like that this product is truly zero sugar and has a much higher potassium content than most electrolyte products, but the flavor is really lacking as it just tastes like salty water , BodyArmour makes a similar product zero sugar with 700mg Potassium per serving but tastes way better than this...if you are a keto purist than you probably wont mind but if you want something that tastes good look elsewhere

Horrible taste. Too salty and not drinkable. I put one packet in a 40oz Stanley and it was undrinkable. If you put into 16oz bottle you could not drink it. Wasted my money.
