First and ONLY Red Yeast Rice to lower my blood labs Cholesterol levels.Have blood tested every 6 months and never in decades have my numbers impressed my doctor. I have tried others, with no effect. No statins
My LDL was elevated higher than my doc wanted.. He suggested a statin.. No way.. I have read too many horror stories about side effects caused by them.. My sister had LDL issues but she told me about Red Yeast Rice.. I did some research and began trying it.. Sure enough, my LDL dropped from 130 to 90 but I also take CoQ10 to go along with the red yeast rice.. No noticeable side effects.. Doc is pleased and he stopped pushing the statin..

I didn’t feel or see any difference, so I have decided not to order any more… I may as well enjoy my life here… instead of worrying about having more life to live..
