Great for fine motor skills and more
The media could not be loaded. My child struggles with fine motor skills, so I got this as a fun way to improve them. This comes with four tubs of little monster parts with lids and two Monster grippers.Great for younger ones, are children with special educational needs as there’s not an open-ended play with this toy. There’s four different games to play in the instructions and comes with cards in a sucker spinner. My preschool loves this, and hopefully will improve fine motor skills and dexterity. Would recommend

Great fun and a good learning experience
This is a simple set and it is a lot of fun as well as providing a learning experience for little ones in dexterity, colour recognition and simple number recognition. In the box you get the two grab monsters which have different sized finger holes on the back, the orange one has bigger finger holes than the red one. Four plastic houses full of monster shapes, a suction plastic spinner and four sides (2 cards with a board on the front and back) to attach it to for each game. I do think this is a bit of a cheaper way to do it and would have preferred four cards each with a spinner on as the spinner could easily get lost or broken and if so you can't play any of the specified games. The instructions give you four different games to play, you don't need to use the grabby monsters to play the below but it is fun to and they do help with hand/eye coordination, which includes:Monster Match (uses colour spin board) - match the monsters with the colour your spinner has landed on and drop them in the houses, a game to see which house fills up first to fill up the little housesMonster Stack (uses shape spinning card) - the player with the highest monster stack wins from spinning the shapesRace Home - (uses number spin card) where players choose a monster colour and its matching house and then the first one to fill that up wins from spinning the numbers board Remix Race (uses challenge spinner card) - which is a variation on Race Home but with challenge spaces so there's a bit more too it.The quality is good throughout (apart from the spinner which while works feels a bit flimsy) with decent quality plastic and boards. There are some nice little details such as raised plastic windows on the little houses. As well as game pieces the little houses double up as storage for the little monsters, I quite like this as it keeps them secure. The colour of everything is bright and cheerful and all the monsters are really cute, some are however on the small side so something to be aware of for little ones. The instructions are very good with hints and tips as well as rules of the games on how to get the best out of it and the encouragement you can give to little ones, it's all written neatly and not too long or difficult to understand, the makers have understood their target audience and busy parents and have made something simple, easy to digest and understand and a game that is fun and also robust. It has been keeping my daughter occupied and I think will while away those rainy days.

Great educational toy.
This is a good all in one set that doesnt just help with motor skills but also a much wider variety of learning situations. They offer a variety of games to play; you can cover colours, numbers, shapes and even creatures. I really like how they’ve set it up, and although you get a lot of pieces that can get everywhere, they all fit into their pots making for easy storage and tidy up.The motor tools are pretty good. They both require different motions with the hand. I was curious on how they will hold up with time and the constant movement but the plastic seems fairly sturdy and unlikely to snap under constant pressure. It's a good learning toy, great quality and plenty of activities.

Worth the money, offers good variety of different learning experiences
Really nice toy for kids to develop their motor skills, and will help with learning numbers or recognizing colours. It's really colourful and the kids will love it. And for the price, you get quite a decent amount of things to do with it.In the box, you get 2 x monster grabbers, 48 mini monsters, spinners ( One for the different colours and one for number recognition), and even little instruction with an example of games which can be played. Which will be perfect for a few first times and then you can just improvise and create your own little games.Overall its a really good learning resource for little ones, because it's so colourful they will be interested in it, and will really help at the beginning of the let's say learning numbers.

Learning Resources Grab That ̶M̶o̶n̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ Money
We have been extremely privileged to receive numerous products from the Learning Resources brand over the last few years, but in all honesty, their products have been hit and miss for quite some time now. This "Learning Resources Grab That Monster Fine Motor Activity Set" is yet another example of that hit and miss mentality, which ultimately stems from their sales department. For twenty five quid, you are not receiving anything spectacular here, in fact, you will only receive the usual handful of plastic items, along with a couple of cards.

Excellent game for little ones
This game is really well made. I live that you can play with the spinner with shapes or numbers… you could even make your own card to do colours as well as the spinner is interchangeable between the cards. All the pieces come in small plastic tubs with lids- so as well as using them for game play (though this definitely makes the game tricker!) they’re excellent for storing and repackaging the game in the box.I really love this game, and despite being focussed for young children, it is a fun, inclusive game that can be enjoyed by the whole family!Highly recommended!
