They could only be better with GPS!
Perfect, reliable brand. Sound quality always wonderful. Connecting to phone, laptop, e-reader etc was never an issue. I love that they include the marshmellow-like cushions and the jelly type ones. There is a size for your ears! ONLY WANTED TO KNOCK ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO FIND THEM OR TRACK THEM IF LOST. I'm pretty sure I lost them in hotel, but it may have been on the airplane, or in a rental car. In any case, I know that it is outlandish to expect an "airtag" or something but I was devastated to loose them, so here I go again buying them! At this price point, they are good and reliable; sturdy and compact. I have a 12hr/day desk job and typically use one at a time in an ear and the case lasts multiple charges of the buds individually.

Long battery life, great sound, and best of all extremely comfortable.
The reason I bought these: I had a really great pair of earbuds but they would fall out frequently and when I would go up a size they left my ears sore after wearing them for a short amount of time. The only earbuds that I have ever had that were comfortable were the marshmallow ones so I tried to switch the ear bud tips to the marshmallow type, but I would have to take them off everytime I put them in the charging case, or the case wouldnt close without being taped shut, and they it would ruin the tips.I figured it was worth giving these earbuds a try in the hopes of making my life a bit easier and my ears more comfortable. These are hands down the best earbuds that I have ever owned! They are super comfortable. I wore them for over 13 hours yesterday (gotta love getting caught in a good audiobook) and my ears felt perfectly fine when I took them out. I never had any issues with the battery either and it looked like there was still plently of battery left. I have listened to music with them too and the sound is great!I highly recomend these earbuds if you have sensitive ears.

Great quality, but small connection issues
Okay, so I've had these for a bit now, and as a longtime user of corded JVC marshmallow buds, I can say they are definitely very good, but it's about, I would say a 4 out of 5. Good sound, comfortable, they stay in well, the bass mode is good, and the battery life is *unreal,* but there's one flaw: They have a Regular and a Low latency mode (which you activate by tapping four times), and the RL mode has you running about a second behind your audio source (fine for podcasts and music) while the LL mode doesn't have that gap but *does* frequently have sync issues between the left and right buds if you're using it with a phone walking around or something. Still very good, but worth your consideration if changing modes would annoy you.

Best ear buds
Very comfortable fits great in the ears and it connects to Bluetooth with no problems at all. I also like how you can control the music with a tap of the buds. Simple to install with great colors to choose from.

Quality Drop
There is nothing wrong with the fact that these are inexpensive, but my previous JVC earphones were great and they were cheap too. These had a lot of things wrong. The earphones themselves were slippery and I could never get the various sizes of silicon pads to fit my ears. So I ended up losing one which is why I bought another brand. That brand is fantastic and it’s the same price. The JVC sound quality was bad too. The music sounded tinny and hollow.I’m very disappointed mainly because I’ve always liked JVC. They have always been a good company.

Too sensitive
This is my third pair of JVC earbuds. The other two pairs are still working, I just wanted earbuds with longer battery life. As far as sound quality, I’m sure these earbuds are not for the serious audiophiles out there but my hearing was not that great. For this pair, there are only a couple of pros when compared to the other JVC earbuds I own. The first is the battery life. Compared to my other earbuds these last at least two hours more, about 7 hours overall. The other feature I like is range. I’m able to go to areas of the house, without my phone on me, that I was not able to with my other earbuds. My main issue with these earbuds is how sensitive they are. I have to be very careful putting the earbuds in and taking them out. When I initially got them I would either turn on audio or turn it off just because my finger would slightly touch, not push, the button on the earbud. As far as I can tell there is no way to adjust the sensitivity, so that seems like a flaw to me. The other issue I came across was that my earbuds would turn off for no reason. It could be that I have a defective product but I think it’s related to another feature with the earbuds. That feature allows one earbud to be left in the charging case while using the other to listen to audio. When I do that, the earbud that is in use will randomly turn off. I have better luck when both earbuds are out of the charging case.If these break or get lost I would probably buy a different pair of JVC earbuds. These ones are just too sensitive and the other issue outweighs the good features.

False advertising
These did not come with all the other memory foam tips beyond the ones that were on them when they arrived. They had the regular typical gel tips that come with most earbuds and one pair of small memory foam tips. I specifically bought these for the memory foam tips because I have weird ear canals and no other earbuds fit my ears the right way. So now I have to purchase the right kind of tips in order to use these. The sound quality is ok. Perhaps it might be better when I get the right size foam tips on them.

The foam earpieces don't irritate my ears.
I discovered that many people (including myself) have allergic reactions to the silicone and other materials in ear buds. The recommended solution was to use ear buds with memory foam earpieces. I ordered these, and am having no problem with them. Very pleased.
