I think I have worn mine under jeggings. I like these because they don't give that constant wedgie like so many "cheeky" kinds do. Not entirely sure about the panty line because I tend to wear longer tops with anything legging-like so I don't usually worry about the lines.

They are very good under jeggings/leggings. They don’t ride up, but they do slip down a little. Disclosure: I have a flat bum so maybe that’s why they slip down.
