Great connection speed and quality. Can take a phone call whilst gaming which is just amazing as the Windows Phone app is not great at the moment. USB-C makes it a lot easier, only need 1 cable to charge everything now. Sound quality is great especially when paired with the SteelSeries GG app, multiple profiles for different sounds and music (chat, microphone, game) all editable separately which is nice. Ear covers are not memory foam so sometimes they do bother me when gaming longer periods but they can be easily replaced. Comes with a usable dust cover for light storage. The dongle is a bit of an awkward shape and does cover my ethernet port on the laptop which is not too big a deal as can use the other USB C port when needed. Battery lasts a good while, only need to charge it once every 4 weeks.Would highly recommend if you're looking for a wireless headset.

Absolutely brilliant headset if using for pc gaming using there sonar app, the spatial surround sound enhances the sound for fps games, the Bluetooth mode is great if you connected your phone to them for answering calls while gaming as you can still hear the gameplay and it mutes your microphone from the game to just the phone call, highly recommend

They're up there with some of the best headphones I've ever owned, the issue with them is they become loose very quickly.

Overall they look nice for Headphones. i connect them Bluetooth and they work ok at the start ( i had them for few hours). With Viber they did a good job at the start but Mic was cut off and come back for seconds nothing major at the start. Then discord they told me that i was sound very different as voice and if i have autotune because that was not my voice. Due to this reason , i download the application and then all went worse. Discord, recognize everything and i was so delighted also the application had the game i have to adjust the sound and i felt like now i will play it the way i should and problems started. I heard always a bip every 5-20 sec and then stop and start, after that i was speaking thought discord and my friend told me that i cut off all the time and he cant understand what i say .As per sound the app looks Good for app and with lots of things to do, The headphones are not heavy and earpads are good although my ears was warm after 30 min and that i didn't like as well. Button on the Headphones are nice touch and you can adjust a lot of things from them. General, probably i was unlucky and they were defective but i will not buy them again as i don't have time to send back and order again etc

Nice pair of headphones, looks pretty, sounds great, too.Retractable mic sounds decent and software used to control not horrible.Only problem I have is that that while there is a decent amount of adjustment, leaning or even looking down, they slide straight off my head. I've adjusted lots and I'm not able to stop it. My last pair of Steelseries Arctis P7+ held to my head well, but these just don't. They're also overpriced.

Will not connect properly, have to go into sound options every use to select out of 6 different options the one which will only play sound. Has to be hard reset every few weeks. Now microphone will not work, not matter what IT support I have tried and forums I have read. Amazon will not do a return even though this less than a year old and within my legal rights within the UK to return a defective item.
