Very easy to use and cleaned my carpet well. I’d had a spillage on my lounge carpet and this cleaner got rid of the stain completely. Well worth the money and every bit as good as my larger Vax carpet cleaner.

Got a puppy definitely need this cleaning up while training been a godsend for the carpet and can clean them with it to. Pretty noisy so havent tried sucks the water up good and cleans well happy with purchase thanks. Easy to use.

I bought this after my rug doctor spot cleaner stopped suctioning properly. I was swayed by the weight...I had the chance to try it out this morning, to be completely honest, I was ready to return it. The spray button doesn't depress well, to begin with the spray didn't function at all. However, it suddenly DID spray, not sure if I did something to help, or whether it spontaneously worked on it's own.Once it was working as it should, I found it to be very effective. The suction is good and it does draw out plenty of the water.I didn't have any issues with figuring out which tank was for clean water, the screw top for this was packaged separately within the box. I didn't put too much cleaning solution in, so didn't have masses of bubbles.It's lightweight enough to be considered truly portable.I've only used this once so it's early days, but for the price, compared with paying for an upholstery cleaning service, I consider it to be good value.

It is a very good carpet cleaner easy to use on stairs that is why we bought it it's lightweight small so when cleaning stairs you don't have to hold it it will sit on the stairs making the job easier would recommend to anyone

It really works. I have used it on the stairs, the armchairs and settee and wear and tear areas where we sit and by the doors. As someone else said in a review the electric cord is not the longest but used an extension lead. I had to lift the cleaner up onto the chairs as hose again not over long, but if longer would not be compact!The nozzle at the end of the hose has to be tipped when using, the water spray is under the brush so need to hold over the stain - I kept missing it at first! then the brush is in the middle and tip the end attachment to suck up the water. Takes a few minutes to set up so won't use it on just a spillage but to clean properly is great. Just kept going until I used all the water! But very pleased with it.
