We just remodeled our shower and installed the SR SUN RISE Shower System with Push Button Diverter, Wall Mounting Luxury 10 Inch Rain Shower Head with Handheld Spray. The look is amazing. Multiple workers from both the tile/remodel crew, the house painters, and the glass shower enclosure people love the look. The flat controls on the wall looks so custom and high-end.The push-button water controls to select the 10" rainfall head or the hand-held unit are easy to operate and precise in the on/off function. You can leave the water valve on with your temperature set and easily switch between the two or shut them both off while you soap up, shave, etc. Push the corresponding button and the flow starts again at the temp and pressure that you had already selected.The temperature control is easy to adjust for the hot/cold mix and holds the temp without any variation. The water flow is amazing, and you can increase the flow by having both the rainfall head and the hand-held unit on at the same time.We are extremely happy with this and feel that we got an outstanding value for our money. We've been using it for two weeks now and expect that it will continue to provide the shower experience and retain the great looks.

Like the newer model that it now changed the hot/cold water from knob to push button style to be easy for soapy hand. Also the feature to adjust the hand held show head holding angle is the reason I finally chose this product. Many other similar products or the older model of this product is in fixed angle to hold the show head, not flexible for usage. Water pressure is good., Also it now allows water spray out from both rainfall and hand held part at the same time.A bit confusion initially is the button usage that when it is push in which means to stop/"OFF" and pop-out means "ON". Guess this is related to the design of mechanical valve and makes sense. Also will see how long it lasts. Overall a very elegant design and heavy duty good product to recommend.

Remodeled shower, and client went with black fixtures. The unit itself is not hard to install, just remember to get the correct spacing behind your finished wall. too far recessed and you will not get the handle to shift far enough to get the desired water pressure. Too close to flush with the wall, and you wont be able to seal it correctly against water intrusion.Plenty of water pressure, even with plumbing the overhead rain shower head. I was concerned over the push button style water actuation, I'm curious to see how the seals and springs hold up over time. So far no issues over a month later from the clients (I'm now remodeling their master bed and bath).They love the look and water pressure from the wand.

The shower head is very sturdy and works well. We had to engage customer support to create a customized shower arm for us. They were extremely responsive and continued to make us feel comfortable with the process. Jarry was wonderful and patient. It was a great experience.

Push diverter stopped working after 5 months of use. The shower function is stuck in the off position and only the handheld works. I have emailed customer service twice with no response. The “info” email doesn’t work; it just returns as “undeliverable.”

Amazing quality. We ordered two of these shower heads when we remodeled our house. I had an issue with my button diverter months later and reached out to the manufacturer. They sent me a new diverter and even helped answer my questions on how to replace it. They were so friendly and easy to work with. I am not super handy and I figured it out easily with their help. and The staff at Sun Rise is wonderful and their shower systems are metal and great quality. Love this product!!!!

Despite almost breaking our contractor, this shower is amazing, looks great, feels great, quality materials, and has a fabulous customer care team ready to help.The diverted handle (bottom) turns toward the hot/cold water indicators to change the temp. My contractor was convinced the water indicators were reveresed and that the top of the “S” was like an arrow and that the top of the “S” served as the temperature indicator. He was wrong lol.Anyway, despite the moaning and groaning about that imagined issue with the diverted plate and the increased install complexity of the plumbing… the shower head works flawlessly. The rain head is amazing, the hand held convenient and powerful, and the customer service was phenomenal. I do not believe they’re working in any US time zones though just so you know… the responses I got from them came around 2:30-3:30 AM EST. They were even willing to make a custom face plate with the indicators relocated if that was what I needed. Thanks for the offer, I got lucky though! Thank you for the great product and service as well. Now to clean up after this reno! 🤦🏻‍♂️
