I’ve been using the Panasonic Cordless Phone with Answering Machine daily, and I absolutely love it! The sound quality is clear, the range is great around the house, and the battery life lasts a long time between charges.The built-in answering machine is a lifesaver since I don’t have access to voicemail. It’s easy to set up and lets me play back messages with the touch of a button. I really appreciate having a simple, reliable way to stay connected without needing to rely on cell service or extra apps.The buttons are large and easy to press, and the screen is bright and readable. This is exactly as described. We bought them for our elderly aunt. The phone is light weight and comfortable. The larger buttons and screen are perfect for her. The volume control is easy to adjust so she can easily hear the ring. She loves having the caller ID is an excellent feature for her. Having the two phones, is a great asset. There is always one on the charger and one can move room to room with her.

Only one very annoying thing. Several times more or less daily the screen displays a false message about a voicemail. In order to remove it, one has to hold down the hashtag key until the false message is replaced by date/time screen. I had an earlier model and it had the same problem!!

Our old office phone broke and this was a replacement. But so far it works great and we like it better than the old one, so it's all good.

I have for some reason become the most favored target of scam callers, if not in entire US, then at least in the Chicago area. This item replaced an earlier set that did have a call block key that required 3 steps and created a file that had to be manually cleared. This set is: Block, Confirm, done. It also seems that because I catch them so soon, the number of them is decreasing. Well done, Panasonic.

I have ordered this model phone several times over the years. I love that it has a real phone ring, and that there is a block call button that is easy to use. I use the speaker mode constantly. However, this latest phone runs low on battery power in less than a day. The others I have had lasted much longer I am not able to keep the handset on the charger (I charge one while using the other) all the time, as I am confined to bed and am unable to reach the charger. I have replaced the batteries (proper ones), but it didn't help. As the battery charge gets lower, the sound quality decreases.

I love this phone. I had to buy a replacement for the old Panasonic phones. I still believe that Panasonic is the best .
