Very easy to use with template I found in Word. I merged 200 names and job titles using the guide on line. Excellent

Haven't used yet but look as though they are just what is needed.

Purchased for conference. Downloaded software (word document) from the website. Relatively self-explanatory with visual templates. It did take a few trials on A4 paper to ensure the styling for the badges were correct before printing onto these sheets but this is more of a design issue to maximise coverage across the badge. When printing the badge inserts there were occasions when the sheet was caught on the printer resulting in a paper jam, creasing at the top edge or on one occasion complete crumpling of the insert which meant this was not usable. The perforations enabled the individual badges to be removed rapidly and efficiently without the need for further equipment. Overall, this is a very good product but one needs to accept that they are also subject to paper-printer related issues at a higher frequency compared to usual paper printing.

Does what it is supposed to but fiddly as every one is in an individual packet

Once I mastered how to use on-line app, it became intuitive, obvious, and easy and quick . Very good. Watching the videos and two or three design trials before printing were needed for me. but I am over 80 years.

It's uncommon to give 1 star to such a commoditized product - however HERMA deserves it, as their mailmerge software is a) clearly inferior compared to competing products and b) unreliable, and did not work throughout the whole day today (I ended up having to do the mailmerge manually in Word). I would definitely advise against this purchase
