Maxview MXL012/55 Precision Single Satellite Kit, 55 cm

Have used this dish twice now. Once with the TV we bought to go with the dish and once in establishing if the next door neighbours satellite LNB was working.It took about 3 mins to set up and check. Perfect picture, first time.Nice solid looking dish and tripod, easy to use sat finder and good flexible cable. Will be interesting to see how long the plastic body remains solid, before the sun and UV rays break it down!Nevertheless, just what we needed for our motorhome trips away.

I gave 5 stars as the product itself was worth the money, however we live in a rural area and it didn't quite get the signal we needed so had to return. We may have to go for a bigger dish once more research is done. The customer service is good from supplier

Whilst the item is fantastic DPD are an awful delivery courier. Said no one was available to take delivery despite my husband waiting outside.

Easy to assemble, setting up for a decent signal take a bit of practise but the use of an alignment app helps. Good signal when set up, great for those out of the way places.

Brilliant system, well made and sturdy, Fairly easy to align (just be careful with the compass as its easy to set in wrong direction)Make sure you peg it down as easy to blow overCouldnt believe how quick it came (2 days)

This replaced our previous one that was stolen and found it better. However, on one of the legs is an arrow that the instructions tells you to point to the south with the aid of the compass, and then you turn the dish to the relevant spot to get the picture. Because you can only turn it so far, it didn't bring up the picture, so I physically picked up the satellite and turned it further towards the east, this done, I easily found the position to get a picture. Apart from this, brilliant piece of equipment

Brilliant...a fast and and easily assemble bit of kit...ideal for the wet days in the caravan with Sky Sports or Movies in HD

This satellite dish is really easy to set up. (especially using a Satlink Satellite finder in conjunction). Really impressed.
