Quick heads-up: the scroll wheel sensor did break on me once, but HyperX support was super easy to deal with. I reached out, explained the issue, and they had a replacement in my hands February of last year. Whole process was smooth and fast, which made me trust the brand even more.For some background, I’m an avid gamer — and even though it’s probably not the healthiest lifestyle, I spend 8+ hours a day gaming (plus even more time just on the computer in general). So when I say this mouse gets hammered with daily use, I’m not kidding.One thing that was a huge factor for me was the shape. I knew from using previous mice — and spending way too long trying out different models in stores like Best Buy — that this general shape just fits my hand the best. I use a palm grip, but honestly, with the way this mouse is designed, I could see it being super comfortable for claw and fingertip grip players too. Seriously though, if you’re in the market, do yourself a favor and figure out what mouse shape fits your hand and grip style best. It makes a massive difference in comfort, especially over long sessions.As far as how it’s held up: the clicks feel exactly the same as the day I pulled it out of the box. No mushiness, no weird double-click issues, no drop in performance at all. The mouse itself honestly still looks almost brand new too — aside from a little bit of "gamer gunk" that occasionally builds up on the mouse buttons (it happens, let’s be real), it’s in fantastic shape.The weight and glide are perfect for me. It’s light enough to move effortlessly across my cloth mousepad, but not so light that it feels floaty or hard to control. It’s a perfect middle ground. I’ve been using the HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 for about 9 months now, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. All the buttons work fine, and the battery life is amazing. The manufacturer claims it lasts up to 100 hours, and that’s pretty accurate. I use it for about 5 to 8 hours a day, and when I’m not using it, I leave it on, and it lasts the whole week. When it needs charging, just 5 minutes is enough to get it back to full.The software is super easy to use, no complications, and you can tweak everything to your liking. The sensor works great, really precise. I have had this mouse for a little over a week or two, and I can safely say that it is NOT worth investing your money in. Ever since I got this mouse I noticed that my laptop would freeze up and prevent my cursor from being able to click anything at all, or even highlight applications on my task bar or desktop. At first I thought this was a software issue. My Alienware M17 R2 laptop is getting quite old, and last year I had to get the battery replaced so I thought my laptop was back at it again with another issue. I had panicked, thinking I needed another laptop. I had taken my laptop to IT, and every time I had shown the workers the issue, my laptop would work completely fine because I would not bring the mouse with me since I genuinely thought it was an internal issue. Then, whenever I would come home and take my laptop out to use with the mouse, my laptop would freeze every couple minutes and it would take years off my life for clicks to register whenever i pressed on an application. Again, I assumed this was a software issue or something internal. The second time I took my laptop to IT they assumed my RAM was too packed and they told me the best solution was to hard reboot the laptop to let it breathe. I bought a USB, backed up my files and windows 11 only to find that upon starting up the laptop (with the usb wireless mouse plugged in) the issue would continue to persist! Finally for the third time, I decided I needed to take my laptop back to IT to get its hardware troubleshooted and diagnosed, and IT asked me if my track pad or any mouse I had been using happened to be the issue. Again, I left the mouse at home every time IT was checking my laptop, and my laptop would function normally without the usb chip plugged in until I got home and plugged it back in. But this time, after my 3rd visit I decided to use my laptop with its track pad only for a couple hours and the IT guy’s suspicion was correct because as soon as I plugged the wireless mouse’s usb into my laptop, IT WOULD FREEZE AGAIN. And thats when i knew i HAD to return this mouse. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY.

I had another pulsefire model that charged by usbc and idk if im just weird but i prefer hot swapping 1 battery then me forgetting to charge my mouse and having the dread of cable drag so if you hate the idea of ever having to use a wire Get this mouse
