The first impression is the hand feel of the device. Its surface is kind of sanded but silky feel. After I turned it on, its speed of translation impressed me. I have tried English, Chinese, French, Japanese and German. Fast and accurate translation between any of them. Great tools for overseas travel, shopping, business meetings and exhibition. I have used the translation apps on phone but those are not even close. It weights just a fraction of an Mobile Phone. i ordered this one year ago. it turned on and worked. i ordered it for my international trip in sept 2024. i turned it on today. 6/30/24. it doesn’t work. it’s a piece of crap. i want my money back but missed out on the 30 day bc it worked for thirty days. and now. when i’ll need to use it in two months. it doesn’t work

I'm highly satisfied with its perfomance, especially for checking translations from friends in Mexico and Brazil during my upcoming South America trip. Its offline usability, customizable main screen, and ong lasting battery are valuable features. With 8GB storage, U cab diwbkiad multiple languages and store phonots/coice recordings. Whie there may be occasional discrepancies and difficulites with handwriting, the device delivers accurate translations. Automatic language detections is a desired feature for dfuture updates. Overall, I 'm impressed with its functionality and precise tranlations.

The product feels good, very light.they using type-C charging port.the offline translator function is awesome. It is very easy to use downloaded a couple different languages to test.it is very good experience.I will bring it to next international trip.only thing need improve is battery life.But it is good deal when I purchased at prime day.

I used this device while traveling in China for ten weeks. My girlfriend is Chinese. When attempting to speak with her native born Chinese brother in-law businessman who doesn’t speak Mandarin, he made fun of the bad translations, despite the device being made in China. He said the Chinese sell their low end technology to Americans.

This products battery dies every night. I have to charge it right before I use it or just leave it plugged in. I am just sorry we didn't use it enough during the return window. We will try to return it anyway. Please contact us if you want to make it right amazon seller.

I was surprised that this device functions more well than I expected. I tried it and loved it. We are going to use it in summer during our trip to Europe. I was there before and had an impression that the French would like you to speak French. I am going to use that! Can't wait.The translator has most accurate translation. The sound quality is pretty good. Battery, I don't know yet. But it should be fine. I have no worries.I would recommend this device.

I purchased this item to use on and upcoming trip. When i tried to start it up it gives the messageUnauthorizedContact SupportPlease restart and try again.After i tried 5 or 6 times with no success i stoppedI contacted Wooask two different times through their website contact info. They never responded to either email.I would not recommend one purchasing this translator personally. The product is like a small computer, and if you need help, you out in cold. I had great hopes for this unit. Now i would recommend Google Translate and it is free.

But.... seems to work really well. Played with it with google translate over computer speakers, and was spot on! Looking forward to using it on vaca.Seems very fragile, quite worried about the first inevitable drop from one of the kids. Overall though, seems great, and better than my phone translator I tried to use.
