Q: Is the finger print just in the photo to show it works with the finger reader but the screen protector doesn't have it ?

It's just in the photo. Seems to be a different plastic from the rest of the screen protector. I wear polerized glasses and that spot is definitely annoying.

Q: what is the included screen protector? Thin plastic film? Tempered glass? Acrylic?

You get two front plates. One is a plastic face covering and the other is just the face covering and allows you to insert your own front plate protection screen, be it a glass or a Super Shield screen protector it will allow it to fit. Both are good. Case's only 'down-side' is the camera opening, it will allow a small dirt and lint to get underneath. Case is very solid and a really good one. I do recommend the Poetic case. I do have another favorite but that case weighs a ton compared to this. I believe you would be pleased and feel that the phone is very well protected.

Q: Is the Built in screen protector hard to install?

Dont believe so. Gave case to 17 yr old son w/ new phone n he installed it and put it in the case. I checked it out and it was all good! He said he just had to take his time to get case separated on edge so as not to push on screen protector. Case has option to use or not use screen protector.....two different front covers. Hope that helps.

I did and it continues to function perfectly.
