Works great. A bit bigger than I thought.

After several months of use at the office I can say its a good product that works as expected, I use it with skype an other conference call systems, this device works great and looks elegant. Was easy to connect and install to my laptop, the built in mute button is very useful, the cable is long which allows to move the mic around my desk to pass it over to other coworkers in the room during conference calls.

It's being used regularly as a meeting / conference microphone in a small room. The sound quality is fair. Sensitivity is fine if speaking within a couple of feet but falls off after that requiring louder speaking voices - par for these types of microphones. When placed flat on the table, sensitivity is omnidirectional. The must button works when pressed but defaults to unmuted on every system start. It took a few attempts for win 10 to recognize it and work properly but it's been fine since then. Have not tried the headphone port. Sound quality is not good enough for voice overlay and recording. It's bigger than expected. At least the size of a fully outstretched hand.

Would not install properly.

Worked for a short time and then stopped. I'm on skype conf calls quite a bit, and thought this would be a good microphone for better sound on those calls. After a couple of weeks it started freaking out on the calls, making weird noises and would stop working.I'd unplug and plug in and it would work again for a few minutes, then just go offline. It's in my recycle pile.

This microphone worked perfectly for me. I am an instructor and frequently record my lectures. Directions are easy to follow and the product is easy to install. Other mics I've used have hung around my neck, it was nice to sit this on my podium and talk away. I love the mute button option. My only suggestion for my use the cord could have been longer.

Amazing audio quality for the price. The microphone itself is a lot bigger than I was expecting but that didn't bother me.Fit and finish was beyond expectations. But it's already broken. Had it for about a month and it just does not turn on anymore. Sucks.
