Worked for a few months only
We bought this CD player for the SAT listening test and it worked perfectly for that use. It was easy to use and worked flawlessly for about a month needed for practice and the test itself.BUT, it didn't work several months later. We had stored it safely on "HOLD" mode and without batteries, when we put in new batteries it would simply not read any CD. We had a "diSC" error, even though we used the old disc that had previously worked, plus other discs. In addition to the disc error, the player wasn't spinning the disc - however, we could manually spin the disc easily. After reading troubleshooting techniques online, we tried a microfiber cloth to clean the player and even tried a bit of Isopropyl alcohol. No luck.We actually bought 2 of these same CD players - they worked perfectly for the first month which is when we needed them, but then they both had the same problem and they are no longer functional.

It was great, I used it on a train ride and ...
It's been a while since I've used a CD player! It was great, I used it on a train ride and burned my own CD for the ride. The head phones work great, the buttons are easy to use and understand. No skipping either! Well worth the money.

HOTT CD Player
Purchased in May 2018 and only used maybe 12 times from them til today Aug 7, 2020. It NO longer plays. For a $60 CD player you would expect it to last longer particularly since it was seldom used.I am very disappointed with this purchase and will never purchase this brand again (HOTT). SAVE your money and get a different brand.

Good product simple to use
Great product, I had to bring it to india for trip and this cd player was very helpful for playing my CDs.It works fine, and I can connect it to a speaker with a line too. Thank you!
