Great charger!
I was about to give up on rechargeable batteries all together due to poor performance. But, fortunately my Eveready Energizer charger just quit. So, I almost gave in and purchased a bunch of regular batteries. Actually had them in my hand at the W mart. But, for some reason, I decided to try another charger and see what happens. Purchased this charger on Amazon, and it is fantastic! Now, even AAA batteries charge up to the full 1.5 V or even a little above. Using the Eveready charger they stopped at around 1.4 V. I am completely happy with this charger and hope that it last at least a few years. Best Wishes!

Bought this for charging 9v batteries and tried the AA and AAA too!
Got this just so that I can charge my 9V batteries. However, this works well too! I have another gigantic heavy weight charger which charges 8 batteries at a time (and much faster, but it's also much more expensiv - close to $100), so there's really no comparison. This has a discharge function which I didn't know about and hasn't explored. I'd be sure to read up about it some time.I like this for the function (it works and shows differently when it's fully charges, Led light and another light) and for the price range, this is pretty nifty! 😍One more great thing about it is it's dual voltage! Way cool and I would love for all appliances to be dual voltage for ease of traveling and using in other countries.

BONAI Smart Battery Charger
I recently picked up the **BONAI Smart Battery Charger** for AA, AAA, C, D, and 9V rechargeable batteries, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The **discharge function** is one of the standout features—it's so convenient for refreshing old or partially used batteries before recharging them. This ensures the batteries get a full charge and last longer, which is a big win for me.The **LCD display** is incredibly useful—it clearly shows the charging status for each individual battery, so I always know exactly where each one stands in the charging process. Whether it's charging, discharging, or fully charged, the display is easy to read and gives me peace of mind knowing my batteries are in good hands. The **fast charging** capability is another great feature. It charges my batteries much quicker than I expected, without overheating them. Plus, the charger works for a variety of battery sizes (AA, AAA, C, D, 9V), making it super versatile and perfect for all my devices, from remote controls to power tools.Overall, the **BONAI Smart Battery Charger** is a solid, reliable choice for anyone who uses a lot of rechargeable batteries. It’s efficient, user-friendly, and helps save money in the long run by extending the life of your batteries. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get the most out of their rechargeable batteries!

"Error - Error - Error"
I bought this charger new. I put 4 new C batteries in it to charge (for my window candles, for winter season)...it took nearly 24 hours to charge the batteries...it was great but took a LONG time! Then, when I put a second set of C batteries in the charger to charge, I keep getting "Error" messages on the charger. I'm baffled, and I don't understand what is wrong.I have used Energizer and other name brand batteries and chargers for decades and never had a problem, I've used batteries and chargers from companies I never heard of either, too. I also have a lot of yard tools, saws, and drills that use 40 & 80 Volt batteries...have been using these for over 2 years, NEVER had a problem with the chargers for these devices. I have 2 vacuum cleaners that use lithium batteries & charge after use...NEVER had a problem with these over the past 12+ years. I've also used cell phones with chargers over the past 25+ years...NEVER had a problem! I've used Bose Wave Sound Dock with lithium rechargeable batteries since 2003 -- NEVER had a problem!I think it is alarming that something as simple as a battery charger, does not work. This is not rocket science, we made battery chargers back in grade school for our science projects--when we were kids--how is it possible that a manufacture; in the modern age, is making battery chargers that don't work?? I find it baffling.**Also, I watched the video for this product...and the guy in the video says to put the batteries into the charger... Then you see on the LCD screen (that the battery is charging)... T-H-E-N!!--he says "press the DISCHARGE button"... to charge?? --hold on a second!--That's backwards!! Why would I put a dead battery; into a battery charger, then select "discharge (my battery)"?? ... If I put a battery into a charger; it's because I need the battery to be "charged", so that I can Use It. It doesn't make any sense that you would put a battery in a charger, (then plug it in and use up your electricity; which costs money, to DISCHARGE a battery!!....Monty Python's got nuthin on this!I hate to be a complainer, but I'm very unhappy with the battery charger, I don't understand the discharge button, and I'm sorry I purchased this product.--Deb in the Midwest
