I purchased this suitcase to use as a carry on and I received compliments on how nice it looks from the moment I walked into the airport. I purchased the vibrant blue shade and plan to come back at some point for the black one

I bought this suitcase to have a really sturdy sleek carry one. I used it exactly 3 times as a carry on with modest contents and its broken. First time it was great. Second time one latch wouldn't close and secure. I used it with one latch as a carry on. Third time I used it with one latch, returned home and unloaded the contents and latched for storage. Got it out for a 4th use and the "good" latch won't open. It was not locked, its jammed. Paid $159 for a suitcase I used 3 times. Its too late to return. Won't buy again.

Looked everywhere in the box/ luggage multiple times!! Can't find a book or key for this? What am I missing?

This is a lightweight and nice looking rolling bag. It has the all-direction wheels which make it much easier to maneuver. The handle can be extended to full length, or you can click it in at half length. There are also handles on 2 sides of the case allowing you to carry it however is most comfortable for you, lengthwise or sideways. It has an aluminum frame, and there are aluminum latches as part of the frame. The latches can be locked with a key and also have a combo lock.The shell of the bag is hard, semi-flexible plastic. I have my concerns whether this can hold up to harsh conditions or if it might buckle if a bag is squeezed into the overhead next to it or on top of it. I worry that it might break if checked and mishandled by baggage handlers. But, it seems sturdy at the beginning at least.The interior compartments are lined with a light, loose fabric, and there is a zipper down the middle of each. The zipper doesn't have a pull, so I'm assuming it's not meant to ever be unzipped. However, on one side, the zipper had come partially undone below where the zipping mechanism was, meaning it pulled apart from the zipped state. Since the zipper doesn't have a pull, I couldn't get it to re-zip after messing with it for a short time. Seems like a minor issue at the moment that I can solve in other ways, but still disappointing.This is lighter, but less flexible than my fabric carry-on bag. Until I actually take it on a flight, I won't know if that's a good thing or not. For non-flight use, I don't foresee any issues on road trips. Looking forward to going somewhere so I can put it through it's paces!

The YKK zippers are some of the best-performing on the market.The TSA-approved lock is a nice feature and provides some security while traveling.I am impressed by how much clothing, medicines, and electronics I could fit inside this luggage. As a frequent traveler, I go through suitcases too often. This bag is surprisingly strong and sturdy.The blue color is vivid and soothing. I always notice this bag from far away, so if I ever have to check it on a short trip due to airline restrictions, it will be very easy to find.The handle and wheels are also made very well.The luggage is more expensive than your typical carry-on bag, but it is made of superior components and craftsmanship. The price is justified by the product's outstanding commitment to detail and quality.

I tried 2 times to get to the bottom of statements that there is a key lock for TSA... but TSA knows nothing about this magic key that this bag is supposed to be opened with....and when I told TSA to use key they thought I was being difficult and anyone that travels knows what happens if thats what they think!!! It's not fun....I dare you to tell TSA that they have to use their key to check your bag if you are using this suitcase.....I DARE YOU!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. This carry on is nice and light. The abs shell seems sturdy and I like the aluminum trim.The handles has a few different heights to adjust to which is nice.The wheels spin freely and spring 360°
