Amazing technology
We moved to the U.K. and our USA phones won’t receive anything. Needed this to communicate with Bank of America for international transfers. Works just as described. Very happy.

Complicated and Non User Friendly
Avoid buying. Use other devices. Device does not register with Bank of America. Keep getting Error Message.Your security key registration was not successful- Make sure your key is FIDO-1 or FIDO-2 certified and is a physical/removable key (passkeys are not supported at this time).- Tap the button on your key when you see the prompt to avoid timing out.- Verify your key is functioning correctly by using it on other security-enabled websites- Use one of these supported browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, or FirefoxUpon putting my key into my computer, I was told it was ready to use and secure.Program given to download and run for windows doesn't run properly. Not able to register the key or set up pin. I am given no further instruction. The website for the device is also not helpful. Seek other keys/programs. DO NOT USE.

Training materials in packaging USA product
Web link has really useful information about 2 factor authentication but it didn't work well on UK sites as they've not included key access yet.

Intructions hard to follow
Key seems fine but the instructions videos are hard to follow too quick and small writing so basically for me a waste of money as unusable

Oh Damn I know nothing I was given no instructions
What's not to like it is just like a neat and small addition to my pen-case should be, but windows 10 wants me to use one, and I am sure they know best - unless of course someone at Amazon is acquainted with the reason the instructions were missing - could they have fallwn out of the box maybe.
