Everything about this screams, let's bust out the Sony walkman and listen to our favorite mix tape! I love using this for various backup purposes and since it doesn't look expensive, I enjoy travelling with it too. I like the low key retro feel that hides advanced high-speed tech. that's a great style and I hope more things come out in this mode.

It was extremely easy to slip the ssd inside. It worked with no issues.

Okay, Mr. Cheesy, that SSD case looks like a cassette drive.Okay, I should have paid more attention to the power cable. This drive needs power that is not USB-c powered fot better portability to work.No, I have not had this drive long enough to say that it has amazing features like the 3.5 2.5 HDSD Orico case, which was amazing over ten years ago and is still the best on the market. I will have to see how it goes. but I can only use a 2.5-inch drive in this case. but it does have a 10-minute timeout, which is good if you have a 2.5-inch HD inside the case—in fact, it is very great because 2.5-inch HDs tend to crash more often when left powered on continously.I have to say that most of the SSDz that I put into this drive are hard to get out because they are so flush with the case. It is hard to remove drives from this unit, but not from the older Oracle case.Though there is a 10-minute break, I do miss the on/off switch. I did not rate well because it did not have an on/off switch or a light that stuck out. as well, like my older Orico case.

The two foam pads help to secure the disk in the case.Very nice enclosure with a tight fit.Would be nice if there was the same sticker for the back.

This thing does every.Thing it needs to do. It fits perfectly no issues. great little.Hard drive holder. And I like the fact that it looks like a cassette was very easy to install very cheap. Decent build quality everything you needed in one kit.

I liked the novelty of having the cassette tape design for this HDD/SSD enclosure. Although you do have to apply the sticker yourself, I didn't find it too difficult and got it applied properly on the first try. My advice is to focus on lining up the center area rather than edges. The enclosure functions as expected, though I am also not pushing things to their limits.

Once anyone gets this. First thing realized is how low cost the materials are. It's light, feels cheap and is all plastic. So, why keep it and write a review? It's cool and decently useful for me to store my music collection. They don't even apply the cassette sticker for you! It is up to you to apply their sticker, good luck. Once set, it's on there for good, crooked or not. It is very cool looking and functions pretty well for USB-C enclosure. And, where else you gonna get one from? It's the only seller I have found. So, when the price drops, buy one or two and put that old drive inside and save your files.
