I like the taste, cleans my teeth well feeling like I was just at the dentist. Leaves my mouth feeling very clean while being effective.Texture feels good.

This toothpaste has really helped my gums to not bleed as much. Also I like there is no "mint" flavor as mint tends to dry out my lips and make them burn. So will continue to use.

I’m just trying to keep my teeth healthy and in the best shape possible so I began using this last year and it does seem to help keep plaque away and my gums healthy,it doesn’t have much of a taste in case you’re worried about that

A couple of spots on my gums were red and painful and struggled to heal for over a year. I tried several different things, but only this one actually fixed the issue. I’m eating crunchy foods again with no issue. No pain and the redness is so much better on the one spot and gone on the other. So grateful for this toothpaste, highly recommend. Cleans my teeth well, claims to help gum health and enamel repair. I have very soft enamel and have no real tooth sensitivity while using this toothpaste so I'd say it's doing the job! Good value for the money.
