The rollator is good but it comes without a user manual. There is no available information from anyone ANYWHERE. I have searched the internet for days to find the contact info for the manufacturer….no success. I am concerned about possible future need for brake adjustment which could present a serious safety hazard for a fall. Amazon’s product information tab states that NO product information is available.

Great value, made well, small enough to fit through doors without turning sideways

I am temporarily disabled due to a cycling injury. I needed something to help me walk normally with a normal gait as I recover. (I had been using my hiking pole kind of crab walking along; very unsteady and potentially BAD.) This walker fits the bill. Here are the pros and cons:pros: easy to put together, cute looking, lightweight, has cane holder (for my hiking pole) and it folds up to put in the car. The wheels also rotate very nicely making it easy to back up and turn around. It is narrow as well so goes easily into the bathroom and hallway. The height is easily adjustable (I am 5'2".)cons: brakes are only for the back tires. You will continue to skid forward if you are not paying attention so pay attention. This walker (any walker I guess) could get away from you. Does not grip well on carpeting. Grips OK on hardwood floors and presumably nubby asphalt and possibly concrete (let us hope so since that is where I will be using it a bit).I will say that if I was permanently disabled and needed a walker I would get one with more features: a wider range of braking positions, brakes possibly on the front as well and better tires-flat, nubby inflatable tires that gripped.I gave it 4 stars because of the price point (it's a little high I feel) and because the brakes are just very basic-they could be better. For a temporary situation this walker is certainly acceptable. For a more permanent situation, I would pay more money for more features or accept this one with the limited features and just be very careful with the brakes and tires (which you should do anyway).

I love everything about this walker but I thought it was suppose to come with a cup holder but it didn’t. Love the cane holder. Love the adjustable handles. Love the lock in seat with lots of room to sit. I love the large front swivel tires. It’s three times the cost of the usual but well worth it. Nancy

These are very lightweight, easy to use, and sturdy. Both of my parents like them very much. The front bag can fall of easily if you aren’t careful putting it on. I sat for 12 hours in the ER on it. It was so much better than the ER guest chairs.

MY REVIEW IS MAINLY BECAUSE THE SO CALL MANUAL DID NOT HAVE REAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS I HAD TO TAKE IT APART 5 TIMES B4 I FIGURED IT OUT AND BECAUSE IT HAS A MESH SEAT YOU CANNOT SIT ON. THE BACK STRAP IS PLACED SO THAT IT PUSHES YOU OUT OF THE SEAT I ONLY WEIGH 250LB AND THE SEAT WAS NOT USABLE. BESIDES MESH SEATS CUT MY THEIGHS. THE BAG WAS FOLDED AND FOLDING LINES WOULD NOT RELAX AND I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT A WAY TO ATTACH IT. THE FRAME LOOKED STURDY BUT SINCE I COULD NOT SIT ON THE SEAT I WOULD NOT KNOW. IDID NOT FIND IT EASY TO ASSEMBLE WITH ONLY PICTURES AND I COULD NOT TELL WHAT PART THEY WERE HOLFING EXPECIALLY WHEN THERE WERE HAND COVER THE OBJECT. AND DONT TRY PUT BACK I TNE BOX!!!!! ANYWAY THE SEAT IS TOTTALY UNUSABLE. I RETURNED IT.

I’ve been using this for a bit now. It’s held up well. I’m not a thin person by any means. I needed it for after chemo. My legs will become very weak or I become unsteady walking. The seat is great, sometimes I need it in my kitchen. 100% recommend the durability of the tires is much better than traditional walkers with seats.
