So long lead acid, Hello longevity!
Overall very happy with this battery, display and charger. Did have to cut out some ledges in battery compartment of my club car precedent so it would sit flat. Battery seems to have a ton of power vs lead acid and hope we get the years from this vs the costly replacement of lead acid every 5 years. No need to water these batteries either. Win win 🏆Only con I can think of is the instructions are generic and universal, but if you have some mechanical knowledge, and air saw or grinder you should be able to figure out how to get it to fit in your battery box. Conclusion:I would buy this again, even though I had to modify my cart to fit, I think this is a better deal than lead acid batteries. I would also recommend this to my friends.

Vatrer Battery
I purchased this battery and installed it in my cart. It added a crazy amount of quickness due to the fact that this battery was only 103lbs, which removed over 400lbs from the weight of the cart. I had an issue after 2 weeks, however Vatrer quickly replaced the battery under warranty. If anything changes, I will update this review. Otherwise, I am very happy with this battery.

EZGO TXT 48
After doing alot of online research and study I decided to purchase the 51.2V 105Ah Lithium Golf Cart Battery on May 22 2024, I received the battery May 28th.I bought a used 2015 EZGO TXT 48 golf cart a few years ago which had the original 6 Trojan 8 volt lead-acid batteries. Although I asked about the battery life the seller advised me that the batteries should last many more years based on his previous experience. Well they lasted for a couple years and then the cart had slowed down on hill climbs and became unreliable for jetting around my 5 acre lot.I had no experience working on golf carts but after researching replacement batteries I decided to go with a lithium battery upgrade… the online reviews and videos were convincing that I’d have more power and working battery lifetime. Rather than installing several lithium batteries I decided to get a single large 1.I was able to do the conversion myself, I’m retired so I had the time and from the videos I’d watched it seemed doable. The battery package I received had the essential parts to electrically hook up the battery but did not come with any mounting plates to convert the TXT 48 battery tray to hold the new much larger battery. I removed the 6 old batteries and cleaned up the battery trays. After studying the problem I decided on a unique solution. First I cut the 2 battery hold-down ears off the existing frame to make it all one level and then drilled and bolted on 4 Simpsons Strong Tie angle braces to the 1st rectangular section of the frame… 1 on each end of the frame and 2 along the sides. Now I had 4 level tabs of surface to sit the battery on. This was the perfect length to be able to bolt the battery down on both ends where the battery was designed to be attached. I drilled holes in the strong tie metal angle irons and bolted the battery down with 3 bolts at each end. After cutting and adding a connector to the orange wire from the old charger plug and mounting the battery charger in an open area near the battery I attached the cables as shown in the diagram that came with the battery. I mounted the battery monitor screen on the dash. After fully charging the battery I turned everything on and the cart worked ! I’ve taken it on several test drives and it climbs hills very fast and seems quite powerful ,I am impressed with this battery. I hope this lasts for many years. I think I made very good decision. I dont have data yet on how long it will last so I couldn't rate that feature yet..

Customer service
Product was great but customer service was very good. One part ( the LCD) had a problem so I reported it to the customer service department and they sent me a replacement immediately. Thanks

Vatrer battery in a 2019 48 volt club car
So it’s only been about a week since installing vatrer 51.2 volt 105 ah lithium battery. Previously I had 6 8 volt lead acid batteries and on cell on one battery had gone bad (bubbled and smoked and smelled like rotten eggs). So after a few days of research I decided to give Vatrer batteries a shot.Pros: much lighter (saved about 270 lbs)Cart is faster (not sure if it’s just due to loss of weight or the cart had more power but it’s definitely noticeable.)Saved room to add a coolerNo more adding waterNo corrosionMore accurate battery meter (no more guessing when I need to charge)Looks way betterEasy to make it a true on board charger. (Plug in anywhere with extension cord)Longer rangeNo maintenance5 year warranty5000 + charge cyclesCons: price is more than your lead acid (however if you break it down it’s not that bad. Costco 8 volts would run about $800 with a life span of 4-5 years, Trojans $1500, but both you would still be heavy and have to add water every 2 weeks to maintain the battery.) so really the extra cost is worth it to me.I understand why people say costumer service is difficult since they seem to be on a different time zone but Brandon was very responsive if you are up late or just wait til the following morning. He answered every question I had.LCD screen can be a little better. Power button is a little hard to push and mounting bracket can be a little more versitle (but I was able to make it work)In structures can have a little more info like when you should charge it and but after speaking with Brandon he told me anytime I wanted to but try not to run it under 15%. He said anywhere between 15-20% would be good. Also to fully charge it before first use. Battery came with 50% charge.Overall we are very pleased with the produce so far. I can’t wait to see how it holds up in the long run. At 5000+ charge cycles it could last 13 years and that would be huge but even if it did half that I’d be happy. $2000 for an 8 year battery is not bad. Keeping my fingers crossed and will update review in a few month. Thank you Vatrer and Brandon.
