I rarely leave reviews but I do rely on them. This lamp is worthy of writing this review. Amazing lamp, perfect height and adjustability for my recliner chair as I'm coloring

Short version: Great product, great company, great customer service!Long version: We now have three of these in our home. We started out putting one next to my wife's side of the couch to provide good light for reading or knitting (even if no other lights are on in the room). We were so happy with this lamp that I later added one next to the chair where I sit for my early morning Bible reading. Then we also added one in another room in a different color for a little "reading nook." A couple weeks ago, I sat down to read and the light no longer worked. I was saddened, since I had really enjoyed it, and thought I would need to buy a replacement. I had been about a year and a half since my purchase. In looking back at the product description I saw that it said it had a three year warranty. I was a bit skeptical if they would actually do anything, but I thought I would give it a try. I emailed them with my original purchase information from Amazon. To my amazement, I was excited last night when a new one showed up at my door!!! Don't hesitate to order this lamp from this company!

I've been coveting this light since I saw it in the background of a Youtuber's home. I love the minimal look, and the function of being able to swing and rotate the light. Tapping the top of the upright to cycle through the three levels of brightness is so much more attractive than finding a switch on a dangling cord. The color temperature of the light is easy on the eyes and is close to matching the other lamps/lights in my great room.Assembly was quick and easy. My only question was what to do with the extra internal wiring bunched up at the top. I eventually pulled it all through to the bottom and that worked out fine.I placed it at the end of a sofa, and swivel it to illuminate the wall and an artwork behind the seating. I sometimes swivel it for reading.I knew the height of the lamp when I made the decision to purchase it, but if I could snap my fingers to change that it would either be adjustable vertically or 6-12" taller so that the light is at a better angle for reading purposes. One minor dissatisfaction is that the lamp glares in the eyes when viewed from the side. If the metal part of the hood was slightly larger at the non-pole end, it could be viewed from a wider range of angles without making the sofa occupants squint.I have the lamp plugged into a wall outlet that is paired to a wall switch. When I turn it on with the switch, it maintains the brightness setting that I was using when the lamp was turned off at the wall.My only complaint about the Brightech Leaf Pharmacy LED Lamp is that the upright is slightly out of plumb, which does not affect the function but causes me to return time after time to rotate the lamp looking for the best viewing angle.

I wanted a sleek light that would fit into a tight space and match the decor. The NYT Wirecutter recommended this light. It is a great buy and looks great. The materials are top-notch, and the finish is excellent. I like the three-way light push-button switch. This lamp is a real winner.
