My husband got this for me and I absolutely love it. It rolls very nicely and height is easy to adjust. Very sturdy and well made. Assembly was a bit challenging but we got it together within an hour. Arrived on time and packaged very nicely. Highly recommended.

I bought this easel because I figured it would last a long time and would be large enough to use in an art studio when I move into a new one.This easel is BIG, really BIG. I don't think I read the specs correctly. The room I am using for my art space has a high ceiling and the top of this easel is only a couple of inches from hitting the ceiling. I'm mentioning this because I didn't pay close attention to the measurements when ordering. That said, I absolutely love this easel. It's made extremely well with a nice finish. It adjusts nicely and stays put however I adjust it. I'm really happy that I got this and it will probably outlast me. I put it together myself and the instructions were easy to understand.This easel is heavy and made from solid wood. I highly recommend this easel and it's definitely an investment that will last for years.

I have a few points mostly positive. One thing that i like the most is the sturdyness.. Just by feel and as product was assembled i know for a factthe material was machined properly. I do like the looks as well it has an elegant look and is very functional for most surfaces you place on the work area.Only drawback i think the wheels can use an upgrade they are below Harbor Freight quality. The screws have a lot to be desired for. a few were not machined to well so its very easy to strip out the head. but its very workable if you use caution and be gentle a tad. Other than that I would most likley recomend this product for any aspiring artist or non artist.I did rate all 5 across the board cause with these minor issues its stil worth the price to me. This easel is perfect for my needs. It can accommodate large canvases and can stand perpendicular to the floor, which makes taking pictures of my pieces very easy. The casters were a huge selling point for me. I keep it in my creative space most of the time, but if I need higher ceilings for a larger canvas, I can easily wheel it into my living room. The wheels can lock in place and I have not had a problem with it moving or shifting while I work.While it wasn't difficult to assemble, it's very easy to make mistakes the way the illustrations are done. Some pieces are easily installed backwards or upside-down. I had to retrace my steps a few times. Of course, if you have better spatial reasoning than I do, you may not have that problem.Overall, it does exactly what I need it to do.

I received this as a gift almost a year ago. It took a little time, but it was not difficult for this ordinary, older person to assemble (mostly from a seated position!). It works beautifully and while I know there are higher quality easels that more accomplished painters aspire to, this works perfectly for my needs.

Beautiful easel. Took a few hours to put it together. Make sure you follow the directions carefully or you’ll put it together wrong. Two people should put it together at once. Be careful to not drop pieces on yourself or you will get hurt. Having someone help you put it together will help so one can hold up the pieces while the other screws them together. Do not use drill!! Only use tools that come with this so you don’t damage the wood. Beautiful and worth the money. Feels like a $400 and up easel!!

Finally, a frame my wife likes. We have bought several frames over the years and each one had something my wife hated. She decided to try this, and I sighed, but it really is nice. She loves how sturdy it is, how mobile it is and all the options it provides. I put it together in around 30 minutes. It is quite easy to change positions depending on your picture frame. 100% worth it.
